No, fuss quick and easy the hardest part was finding an appliance repairman. The appliance repair man spoke to your service department. It was approved. He fixed my dryer. Received my check within a week paid my deductible. Thank you

Home warranty inc used to be pleasant to deal with, but unfortunately something has changed and they nickel and dime you on a claim. I’ve had great experiences with them at the beginning where it was hassle free to submit a claim, get it approved and get reimbursed. This last claim has been a nightmare. I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve had to speak to a supervisor and submit additional documentation. We were initially thinking of renewing even with their higher costs, but due to this experience I will absolutely not be renewing. I used to recommend this company to friends and family but no longer will. Shout out to supervisor Ron for being the understanding and agreeable to deal with, unlike Matt.

I had furnace issues this winter and Home Warranty Inc covered what their policy said it would and in a very timely manner. Very easy to work and the communication with them was top notch. They did a great job keeping me upto date on the status of claims. Follow the policy protocol and everything went very smooth. Highly recommend them!
