If I were a real estate agent, this would be an arrow I carry in my quiver. I found Homeward when researching bridge loans on the internet. I made a contingent offer on a house that I wanted, but during the contingent period, another potential buyer made an offer on the same house. The builder then called the option and I had to jump to make sure I maintained the opportunity to buy the house. Homeward then was able to intercede on my behalf and cash purchase that house. As soon as my old home sold and my funds were liquidated, I bought it back from Homeward. Smooth and easy, professional and personable staff, extremely accessible and expert in maintaining open lines of communication. I will never buy another house without going through Homeward. This is a fantastic business model for real estate transactions. No more contingent offers, no more lost opportunities in real estate purchases. This is the real deal.

Overall Homeward was smooth to work with and will recommend them to future clients. The only reason i would not give them 5 stars was the bumpy portion with also using Homeward Mortgage.
