Awesome Leverage to negotiate a cash offer! They have a great team of people to work with! Well worth the 2% fee for a greatly reduced stress level that usually comes with a significant life change! We'd do it again in a heartbeat! Thank you! Rick and Violet

At the time I purchased my new home, I was already in a home that I had raised my kids in for 6 years. So when my wife found the “perfect house” I knew it had to be something special. It was going to go fast and not only did I have to win an offer on it, I had to figure out how to offload the home I was living in at the time. When I told my realtor he mentioned Homeward. The idea was simple enough. They buy your dream house, you rent it from them while you move in, and sell your old house at your convenience. The team I worked with were probably the most professional, sympathetic, and responsive organization I’ve worked with. Selling my house was an ordeal but I couldn’t help but think that even while that was in flux, I had the security of knowing that my new house was secure and paid for. Big thanks to Homeward for helping my wife and I obtain the house we really wanted. Great people and excellent service. They really made it easy.

Homeward helped make our dreams come true! We had a terrible time trying to sell our home the traditional way. We attempted to buy and sell a home simultaneously. It was a 6 month emotional rollercoaster. Everytime we found a house we loved, we had to loose it because our house was under contract 4 times, but the buyers could never make it to close. Our lives changed when we stumbled upon Homeward. We were able to move into a house we loved without the stress that comes with being locked in a contingency. Everyone at Homeward was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. They helped us feel comfortable and were there each step of the way to help and guide the process. The icing on the cake is that within 2 weeks, their partner Agency in Atlanta helped us find a buyer for our home who actually made it to close. I would recommend Homeward to anyone who doesn't want the complications of a contingency to prevent them from buying the home of their dreams.

We heard about Homeward on the radio. Honestly thought it was too good to be true. We were moving from Midland to the Bastrop Area. The builder we wanted to buy from refused our contingency sale offer so we went to Homeward. They helped us buy the house we wanted. It really help with moving 6 hours between locations and not having to worry about rushing everything. We would have not been able to have our amazing house we have now without them. It was an amazing experience. Especially being our first time selling a home and turning around to buy one. I highly recommend them! We closed right before Christmas and it smooth sailing!

Homeward enabled me to buy a wonderful house that I would have lost out on otherwise. Sydne worked with me every step of the way, and she was fantastic.

By far, the best decision we have made in our process was to include Homeward in the transaction. Not only we were able to negotiate the asking price since they were paying cash, but we also had more time to make the best decision to sell our house knowing that we had successfully secured the house of our dreams with them. From day one, Sydne took over the case and I have to say, SHE IS THE BEST, PERIOD! She was right on point and very knowledgeable of the steps we needed to take to make it work for everybody - she was super cool to connect with in the regular basis and she can do some magic for sure when it comes down to negotiate in your behalf. I highly recommend them here and everywhere I go, to my family and dear friends all. I understand even my realtor who did not know about them will start using them every possible time. Best of luck!

During the period i was renting from them a tree fell on the shed and they wouldn't pay to fix it. I as a renter wasn't able to get insurance but they did but wouldn't file. The people were great, it was just this one flaw, otherwise I was happy with the service and the people I worked with.

Linda, thanks for taking the time to share your experience with us. We know you and our VP of Operations were able to connect directly, but for the benefit of closing the loop we wanted to provide a response here as well. Homeward's approach to homeowners insurance aligns with Homeward's overall approach: our goal is to get you, the homebuyer, living in your new home and functioning as the homeowner right away, when you otherwise may not have been able to buy the home at all. This means that if there are any necessary repairs to the home during the time you are living there and preparing to buy it back from us, you would be responsible for any claims and costs as outlined in our agreement. We also understand that sometimes paying for the cost out of pocket is cheaper than making a claim and will always leave that option up to the homebuyer, putting you in the driver's seat. We're thrilled you are happily in your new home, and thank you for being a Homeward customer!
