In this crazy market, Homeward made our new home purchase possible. We were able to make an all-cash offer on a home in an extremely competitive area. If this had been a typical financed & contingent offer, we would have been an immediate drop. Right now, people are basically only looking at all-cash offers, and most buyers don't have that. We received excellent representation on the buy side, as well as during the sale of our home. We are extremely happy with our new home and simply could not have done this without Homeward.

This is a excellent option for people who are wanting to buy a house without the hassle. The only downside is that the communication is lacking and there are always someone who is calling for something. They need 1 point of contact for things. Otherwise, it is a great program.
