They SAVED us money!

The ease and communication was the best…
The ease and communication was the best part of the process. If I had any questions, someone from Homeward was available with a quick response. This was our first time purchasing a home and thanks to Homeward it was as smooth as it could be. We made one offer on one home and are now in our new house! I highly recommend this company!

For the right situation

Glad it's over - follow up call changed my mind
We had a couple hiccups along the way. Mostly due to miscommunication. However the sister lending company and the title company were absolutely awesome. Special thanks to Jason and Sarah at Leahy Lending! Update: Got a call from homeward and I feel better about the process now. That phone call saved the day.

Great program

Good Overall
Overall, we appreciated working with Homeward. Their ability to make a cash offer and close with the seller quickly helped to make us competitive in this wild market. Communication got a bit confusing at times with so many people involved, but we are pleased overall to now be officially moved in and closed on our home!
