The Homeward buy back home process left a unpleasant feeling about ever considering something similar. The lack of / poor communication between Homeward teams contributed to many moments of confusion and lack of clarity of what was required in each phase of the process. I do want to note that most of the individuals we worked with were pleasant and knowledgeable, but appeared to not have an understanding of what was happening or progressing across other departments. This lead to many frustrating moments because we had multiple people asking for the same information repeatedly.
