In honesty I'm very happy with HomeUnion. The only concern I have is getting a statement on the repairs and accounting issues. I had to call many times to get information on repairs and the checks for I sent were never accounted for. I had to get complete statements and talk to Mr. Metz ( Who's been great at helping me) about the money that was owed to me. I want to see where the money is going too and a copy of the repair statement. I want to continue to work with you guys but the accounting and repair statements are an area that I want to see improve before i purchase another property. Thank You

We had a very smooth and positive experience with Homeunion. They were very knowledgeable and present throughout the process to take us through all the steps. This was my first experience with HomeUnion. They have been very attentive through out the process solve any hurdle without delay. I cold called them after stumbling on their website during an Internet search. I never was pressured . I gave them my objectives and they found homes that fit my needs. They have much better market analysis than I could ever have discovered. I really like the monthly statement. If you have multiple homes in different markets the statement is broke up and gives info on how each market is performing as well as your home. Plus the math is done for you and shows your cash flow percentages with any maintenance and management cost factored in. The work is literally done for you.

Honestly, was as advertised. Signed up, found a property, closed on it, had some work done on it, and tenant placed & paying. No complaints, thanks...

I had a very good experience with the purchase of the house in North Carolina. Tom Vondram was excellent, he helped me a lot with the decision making, Gini Swancy, the real estate agent on site, was very helpful and Tabitha who took care of the escrow was knowledgable and nice. Karla Rivas has been very helpful with all that has to do with the rental. The only thing I have to say is that after my first purchase, I haven't had anybody helping me building a portfolio. I had a couple a calls with Robert Hart but he seems too busy and he hasn't shown any interest in follow up with me. I really miss Tom Vondram. I think if he would be still in the company I probably I would have bought my second house already

What HU does is complex with lots of moving parts. As such, bumps in the road are inevitable, However, HU goes out of its way to make things right and to improve as the relationship moves forward. I am therefore happy with things thus far, but the portal needs to be better. I would like to see the following on the portal and NOT have to request them via email: 1. links within the expenses shown on the portal income statement that takes me to the actual invoices, statements, etc that support the expenses. Right now i have to email Jeff Metz and he is so busy that it takes time. 2. Monthly Distribution analysis that has details of all items that make up the monthly distribution, including detailed descriptions of each item. this does not exist on the site, its difficult to calc myself due to the cutoffs, snd it sucks I have to request it. At a mimum, auto email it upon processing the distribution. 3. Detailed statements or simply another area of the site showing activity and balances in the operating account, the security dep account, etc. there is no visibility to this at all on the website. 4. I used to be able to see all detailed transactions with dates on the portal. Ie, detail making up the income statement. But its not there anymore. Thank you.
