HomeUnion gave me the hope in that I could invest for my retirement, to see a real growth in that investment, and look forward to the future and the fruits of their labor. The HomeUnion team was and has always been there to guide me along, every step of the way in my real estate ventures. If something went wrong, they were there to fix it and make it right. They always want to keep me informed and they encouraged me to ask questions, never talking down to me about any of the process of acquiring properties. They made me feel comfortable enough to know that yes I could do this and be successful at it. I look forward to my next rental property purchase in the coming months with HomeUnion because I know they will take care of me.

For those looking to get a start in real estate investing, or for those that are experienced but simply want to add to their portfolio with less hassle, HomeUnion will provide you a good experience. Beginning to end, the heavy lifting is taken off your hands while you are kept in the loop along the way. Don't make the mistake that you won't have to do anything here, as there is still work to be done on the buyers part (not quite as easy as just sitting in front of your computer). However, the separation here is that you have someone to lean on when you encounter questions or concerns along they way. Considering it is a growing company, expect there to be some growing pains (turnover, etc), but when you connect with the vets at the company, you will be impressed the knowledge and professionalism.

Just completed my first investment property purchase with HomeUnion. They found the property and took care of everything during the purchase. The only potential downside is that they DID take car of everything, so you have to be comfortable that they have everything covered. I already had experience with investment properties so I was able to ask some questions and follow along during the process, but someone new to the process would have to be completely reliant on home union. I just started with the management phase so we'll have to wait and see how that goes, but so far so good.

I currently have one property with Home Union. I had a pleasant experience working with Jim Moore, Lisa Wu, Karla Rivas and Robert Hart. Everyone was professional and had my best interests. I had little hiccups during the process but overall I had positive experience given the complexity of process - finding right property, closing below market value and renting it out quickly.
