Even though it took a while to get here, it was well worth the wait! Awesome craftsmanship. My friends and family were amazed at the beauty of the chandelier. Going to have to get a new dining table to match the elegance! (I'm guessing when I bought it because I can't remember. It was around then. My brain is old and cranky and doesn't go back that far! lol)

Our family ordered a utility sink and cabinet from HomeBaa that was described as being wood and ceramic. When we received the item, it was metal and ceramic. We did not want a metal cabinet, we wanted the wood one that was described on their webpage. After contacting the HomeBaa Customer Service team, there were several e-mail discussions, including a screenshot that showed their description of the cabinet being wood and not metal. Since the item was not what was described on the website HomeBaa worked with us offering some alternatives. None of the alternatives matched what we wanted in the cabinet. The result was that HomeBaa has agreed to refund our purchase price. While it took several back and forth e-mails to resolve the issue, the HomeBaa Customer Service team (Dulce in particular), were very professional in their responses and overall handling of the problem. I feel that if you have an issue with one of their products and contact their customer service team respectfully, you will get great service. My thanks to them for handling this issue so well.
