HomebaaReviews of homebaa.com

Nice clean look, surprisingly sturdy. The delivery took 8 weeks, but this is the only drawback. The pieces were well-packed and the holes aligned well for assembly. A major upgrade in organization for our space. Will order more to create a room-length row of bookcases.

Almost 5 stars for service but definitely 5 stars for the product! The lamp is beautiful! Previous reviewers were correct that there were no instructions included and yes, you can figure it out but I did have to ask ChatGPT to tell me what an included "lamp assembly key" was for. Additionally, the included lightbulb weirdly broke at the seam but I wanted a different bulb anyway so not an issue ultimately.

Taking delivery for our items took a very long time.... several months. Once received the table was exactly what we were looking for and the chairs were just ok. Homebaa was easy to work with and handled the return of the chairs well. If you are not in a hurry I would say they are a good company to work with.

The company followed up/responded and made good on it's response to complete my lost/late order. I'm not sure why it took months to arrive and by then I had requested the company to send an additional order, their expense. Both orders eventually arrived months later and I was told to just keep the extra order rather than return it.

We ordered a table. It took 6-8 weeks to get here. When we got it, it was damaged in shipping. Other than the damage, the quality of the table was just as described. Their customer service was on top of our complaint and timely in responding. After several emails we were offered a full refund or full replacement. I'd order from them again as the price point and product received were both great. Ours was just damaged in transit - not the company's fault.

I received the plant stand today. I had to wait awhile to get it as I believe they were on holiday break but they were very good in keeping me current on the stands status. My husband quickly assembled the plant stand and I put it to use immediately. I am very pleased. The quality is good and I would order from this company again but I would take into consideration delivery time. Letting me know about delivery time definitely would have been beneficial thus the reason for the 4 stars and not 5.

The chat interactions have been pleasant in trying to accommodate our lighting needs in relation to the product we were looking at. The replies were not instantaneous as many online shopping chats are, but came through to email later on so were not missed if needing to move along with the day. While we have not yet received our order (waiting on a couple of items to include), we are looking forward to receiving it, and we trust that if we were to have any questions or concerns after receiving, support would be available, professional, and courteous. Thank you.
