SCAMMERS. Never delivered my product and when I disputed with my credit card, they submitted fake documents saying that they did until I submitted the tracking showing it never arrived. I am now pursuing to the highest level for this company to be held accountable for pulling something like that.

The delivery process is very poor over one month without an est delivery date. The tracking is of no help and the delivery service contact online is very sketchy, full of advertisements and scammers. Inquiries meant with stock responses, feels like AI. I’m very disappointed.

Dear JEL, We’re so sorry your order has been delayed for more than a month and you only received unhelpful stock responses when you reached out. We take full responsibility for this poor experience. Kindly send us your order ID, so we can check your shipment: - If the package is still in transit: We will investigate the delivery issue and keep you updated. - If the package has arrived: We will arrange compensation for you as a gesture of apology for the long wait. Thank you for giving us a chance to resolve this issue. Best regards, Homebaa Team

The first step of the instructions is literally “assemble the light” with no further help. I already regret this place.

This is a fraudulent scam company in China. Beware. They sent a lamp that was so cheaply and unsafely made. And it was completely bent. They refused to do a refund, telling me to bend it back into place. They asked for videos and said they could not open them to verify the damage. I have disputed the charge, and they refuse to issue a refund until I remove this review. Do not order from this company. The other positive reviews here are all fake/AI generated.

I was waiting for my Table Lamp even after a month had passed, there were no update on the delivery. What kind of faith, exactly, am I supposed to wait with? you should have provided updates along the way so that I wouldn't be left with such regrets!

I ordered a wooden shoe rack. It took months to arrive. It is very poor quality. The shelves are about as sturdy as a cracker. The description says the shelves are 10” deep but they are only 9” deep. Update: the company emailed me about this review and asked me to “measure with a tape measure starting at zero.” As if I don’t know how to measure. But I measured again, and the shelves are actually only 8-3/4” deep, not 9”.

I have ordered 4 lights in February 2026 and I am still waiting on these ITEMS. Why so long? They need to tell the customers the approximate time that they will received ITEMS and not put is in fine prints. I just checked and was told that I will get my 4 lights in July? 5 months after I ordered the lights. I am very, very, very disappointed. This should never take this long for any ITEMS.
