Worst mistake, first it took 3 1/2 to 4 months to get here, second the delivery guys who are local open the packaging and would absolutely not even deliver it to me. They started re-wrapping it before they started re-wrapping it I took pictures of the items, it was definitely a used couch, there were marks everywhere cracks on the bottom splits seems were coming loose stitching unraveling, the color of the sofa was smeared all onto the packaging and I could just imagine how my clothes would look once I sit on it. There were pieces missing, the legs, some of the screws were coming out. It was like it was my old couch, and I was waiting for the new one.

First and foremost, this is not a paid advertising review. This is a honest in true opinion. I just received my Los Angeles sofa from premium sofas here in Texas and I am extremely satisfied, not only with the craftsman shit, but the quality that goes alongside with the delivery service Metropolitan that premium sofa uses for delivery. They were extremely professional with on-time delivery notification of delivery prior to showing up, and they care and professionalism. They portrayed while handling the service. I know that there’s been some talk about this company being a scam and I’m here to affirm that is not true and if anyone is looking for a quality sofa or products, premium sofas is definitely a place. I would start me and my wife recently bought our house last year and I’m very particular and after extensive research there was nothing in the American market that suited my expectations for our home once I found premium sofas. I did extensive research into how they source the material and how the custom build is done and by far there’s nothing in the American market that compared to it. It is truly a one off custom company that takes the time to deliver a premium product as in their name. Yes quality can take some time. Yes, there was some time between ordering and delivery but like all great things custom builds take time not done in a factory in China or anywhere else overseas, but the craftsmanship of the builder and the artist who put it together on paper so once again, if you’re looking for a sofa, a loveseat whatever I highly recommend premium sofa!!! /G\ As for the customer service, I could not be more satisfied with the open line of communication and dedication to responding to emails taking calls and reassuring through every step of the process you will talk to a live person at all times and at the very latest one day call back most of the time same day, which is understandable running a business, but there is no AI generated automated process. /G\

It took almost 4.5 months from the time of order to arrival. But after receiving it, it meets expectations. The quality seems good, mostly, although the fixed headrests were cheap, and we removed them. The motorized mechanism seems good. The frame is sturdy.

This is a for sure real company because I purchased from them and they have been very good about making everything right. Great quality, but comfort is good, not great. We have recliners and if there was no recline function they are only okay comfort. The recline function works well, but it's the way it works that is not great...you have to put the feet all the way up, but the back moves back before the feet are all the way up so you then have to bring the back, back forward in order to get mostly comfortable. When layed all the way back it will not go to zero gravity like our old furniture. Overall, love it because it feels like it will last a very long time and I can, with a little extra, work, get it to where it is comfortable.

Purchased in April 2025. Received the sofa on August 21st. The delivery that is described as "white glove" didn't happened because we picked up from the warehouse ourselves. They had delivery delays because of staffing and we were leaving town the next weekend and had a house-sitter...that we didn't want sitting in the floor. We asked for reimbursement for the delivery and setup and they obliged since we did all of the unpacking and setup plus the disposal of packing materials which you can't appreciate without seeing how much it actually is. Our yard looked like Sanford & Sons. The sofa looks beautiful and you can tell is well made with attention to detail but right out of the box very firm. We paid a lot so assumed it would break-in and last longer than an ordinary sofa soft at delivery and it is built solid. That is the hope and it is still very firm but where have been sitting is softening up.
