I’ve ordered my bottles and I’ve not received my bottles yet I got charged 56.00 either refund my money or send me my bottles!! Why is it so hard to reach you but you quickly take people money 💰!! You need better e customer service and handling customer needs in a professional manner.

I order this product because of 2 reason the first is I thought it really worked. The second is the price said 70% off two bottles. It was a special they were supposed to running.if you put in a code that they had. I put in the code then the price was suppose to be 22.00 plus tax. The charged me 52.00 plus tax. I called them back quickly. The responded saying they don't do refunds. I texted them saying I just wanted a price adjustment. They told me once its gone through it can't be changed. I wish I had looked at the reviews before I ordered. Now Im out of 55.00 and Im afraid to use this product because of the reviews. Im just out of money now. MSG. I will never deal with them again.

This product burns my scalp. Also, my hair has thinned out since using this product and I used to have thick hair! Do not use this product or trust the reviews from their website unless you want to see no results and a bad experience happening to you.

I have seen all the positive reviews about this product and thought they were hopeful. I like the product generally. I can't say it was miraculous, but I thought it was okay. However, a couple of days ago, I was placing an order and then another offer for a discount appeared. When I clicked enter it added another product I didn't want to the order. Then I clicked enter again it added another product. By the time I was done I had ordered 3 products. I researched right away and found their number. The number directs to email. When I emailed to ask that they correct the order right away, they said they don't do "returns". I explained I had just placed the order and just want to correct the order to get what I wanted. To date there has been radio silence. Needless to say I cancelled the order with my credit card company and sent them a copy of the email. This is quite disappointing, because this company seemed to be doing well, but if they stoop to these tactics it makes them seem gimmicky and scammy. Too bad . . . In the long run this never works.

Horrible costumer service! They only care about money, when confirming a purchase they put many pop up adds to add more products! I was trying to press no thanks, and by accident i press add to cart and instead of being able to confirm my purchase it automatically charged me, contacted customer support immediately and they said that due to the nature of their products they cannot issue a refund for the item I did not want. They truly do not care.

Never again will I try a gimmick. Had a ponytail. Now I am bald in the back need to do a big chop. My daughter hair has shed thin from this product

Thank you to everyone who took their time to write a review,. I HAD, beautiful long, one-length hair past my bra strap. , Sadly In March of 2020,. I had a stroke, followed by several seizures,. I wasn't able to move or speak for 3+ weeks,. Someone put a rubber band in my hair to keep it out of my face. The end result of this band was huge mats,. They had to be split, just to get them away from my scalp, only to cut them all out. The back of my hair was maybe a quarter of an inch,. If that. So I just left it alone, & letting it grow. I was so excited when I saw the commercial, Even better a "Local business, I went to place my order,. Put my debit card information in,. and everything...feeling all excited, I had ordered for both myself and my daughter, Something said to me, "read the reviews"! ! !. if it looks too good to be true,. it probably is.. . . Out of all of the reviews,. I may have found one good one. So a HUGE Thank you to everybody who took their time, to write a review. With so many people, out of work, struggling,. It's sad this company is purposely ripping us off.. My next call is to: 1). "The Better Business Bureau" and then 2) The Attorney General" if enough people call with these complaints, Im hoping to help get refunds , Thank you again for your review

Product started to irritate my scalp 3/4 through the bottle, I've developed painful bumps & have suffered hair loss in the area used! I don't think they are honest about the ingredients listed on the bottle!
