Follow Up Review for Hollywood Hair…
Follow Up Review for Hollywood Hair Bar~LIES HAVE BEEN TOLD! Received a follow up reply stating my order has been received...hello?....NO, I have not received ANY PORTION OF MY ORDER! Here we are Over a year later now, and I have however sent many requests for a full refund without avail. I can't afford to just give money away to a company, with no product in return because of your claimed shipping issues. You could not meet the demand of the orders... now will you please send back my money owed to me? PLease and Thank you! I am not interested in any store discounts or any further business, I just want my money back due to NO ORDER RECEIVED.

They said I received my order
They said I received my order! I never received my order. This was a blatant lie. I post the review in 2025 and they just replied to my post 5 hours ago. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER from this company!

Thank you for your feedback, and we sincerely apologize for the shipping disruption you experienced. 💕 Hollywood Hair Bar appeared on the Sherri Shepherd television show, followed by a significant viral surge in demand. At the same time, we experienced unexpected packaging delays due to circumstances outside of our control, which impacted our shipping timelines. We’re happy to see that your order has now been delivered. As a gesture of appreciation for your patience, we’ve also sent you a $20 gift card today. We’ve proudly shipped over 1 million orders with a 4.4+ rating across the internet, but we understand that your individual experience matters, and we’re truly sorry for the inconvenience. 💕 Here’s a link to check out the show. https://youtu.be/IXZ5j7HXOiQ?si=g8EpPEjlVCZ4gwzT

Hollywood Hair Bar Update
Hello everyone, this is a response to Hollywood Hair Bar. Yes, I placed an order on November 7, 2025 and as of today September 6,2026 I still have not received my order. I just checked my shop and Fedx account. Shop still says label created and was expected Jan 16, 2026. Fedx says invalid date, will be updated soon. I have picture proof to back what I’m saying. When I placed my order it was $72.95 for the 4 step grow my edges kit with a free bottle of growth oil and the HHB shipping protection for $3.50 which was included in the $72.95 total above. At this point it would be nice to just receive what I paid for. I don’t need a percentage off my next order when I never received my last order. I will update my review if I ever receive my order from Hollywood Hair Bar.

If there was a zero star button that’s…
If there was a zero star button that’s what I would be rating this sham!!! I ordered a bundle pack of 5 but was totally surprised to see 1 bottle when my order finally arrived. I have been constantly emailing the ONLY email they have listed with no response. It’s been two weeks now with no feedback from anyone from the company. My next step is disputing the charges with my bank. Poor customer service and business ethics. After looking at some of the other issues, the company is looking more like a get rich scheme. She seems to take the money but fail to fulfill her end of the deal. Just sad and pathetic…
