My first order, I received my products (shampoo, scalp oil and hair tea) promptly after ordering without delay. I experienced minimum hair growth around the edges, however the product worked very well in minimizing itchy scalp within minutes after application. It helped create a healthy scalp which I had been trying to achieve for years and no other product worked. I continued using the products bc I really wanted to give them a chance to work. I can honestly say that after continuous use for roughly a year, my hair has grown exponentially including my edges. The only reason I gave four stars instead of five is due to fulfillment issues.

Real Review....I brought this serum for my daughter after seeing it advertised on YouTube and reading what I now know as "fake reviews" on their website...My daughter suffers from Seborrheic dermatitis on her scalp and I've tried medicated things, vitamin E oil, and Sulfer 8, but had little to no success. In a month's time her flakiness has disappeared, and her hair is growing back in spots that had fallen out. She does still tell me that her hair is itchy every few days, but I use this in combination with the Sulfer 8 and the itchiness goes away for her. I've been using it daily, and massage it in her scalp for 3-5 minutes and I wash her hair every 2 weeks. I did have a minor problem with shipping it did take a few days longer to get to me then it stated, but other than that no problem. I just ordered my 2nd order so hopefully this time around it goes as smoothly as the first time....I deducted one star because of the shipping and because I've only brought it once not really long enough to see how long it will continue to work. I think this product is just a hit or miss for everyone just like every other product out there it may not suit the needs of everyone so you have to take your chances and hope for the best, but be prepared for the worst. I am shocked at a lot of these reviews I usually check my reviews before I order or place to order from any place but this particular one I didn't because I know know if up quite a few close friends and family that actually has ordered it and have had great results so to me that's a good review so again instead of me choking refused I bought a bottle of Hollywood Hair bar myself and I can't quite say I'm very impressed my hair has got twice and thicker that has grown a whole lot and it's still growing and only use one bottle so yes I will be ordering more bottles and I apologize and send my deepest condolence to the ones who have bad experience with this hair product I guess it's not for all people but there is more other hair products out there that you guys can try they and may turn out to be the best product for you guys..

I really can't say my hair has grown bc it was damaged prior to using this product and I had to cut it out. I have been natural 3 yrs and have the WORST 4C hair. I will say the shampoo is extremely watery BUT it suds very well and it softened up my dry, brittle hair. I was EXTREMELY surprised bc NOTHING has worked for my hair. I also like the edge control but I'm not a fan of the grow serum. Mainly bc I can't stand the smell and you are supposed to leave it in a few days and then wash your hair. I can't wash my hair that much bc it will dry out and break. I will definitely purchase the shampoo, edge control oh and the scalp grease isn't bad either but the serum is a no for me.

I dont have any bad reviews!!! I just got my products on the 6th of this month...The way I got in contact with them is by inboxing them on Facebook, and the lady herself inboxed me back.... She was very helpful on my purchase when I had an issue...But its been day 2 wish me luck .....my question is are we suppose to wash it out after we put it in our hair??? ...thats what the directions say on the bottle

I am glad I did not see these reviews before I purchased or I might not have taken the chance. First, I would have given 5 stars but the packing is not great and the first bottle burst in transit. I sent them a picture and another bottle was sent in 4-5 days though. Also, in all honesty, it made my scalp sore for days. However, I use clobetsal already and it addresses the soreness. I have been using minoxidil with limited success for roughly a decade. I added in supplements and had greater success with re-growth for awhile. Then, my hair thinned again, and nothing gave me length in the 2 sections with alopecia. Within 3 weeks of adding this to my current routine, both my daughter and my husband noticed a difference. So even though my scalp hurt, I kept using it. Now, after 7 weeks, I have hope! My scalp no longer hurts (most days) and the results have been what I hoped for. I have more coverage and am gaining length in the damaged sections. If, in a few months, I continue to gain length, I will happily change this review to 5 stars, despite the scalp tenderness. If my alopecia never gets better than it is today, it’s still money well spent for me. I gave a bottle to my best friend and her results were not as good (she doesn’t have alopecia). I gave a bottle to my daughter, but after my scalp got tender, she diluted it with olive oil. She loves it and is seeing growth. I think results vary.
