I ordered 2-weeks ago and I’m still waiting for my order to arrive! I’ve reached out several times for an ETA and tracking number, and have been ignored. Makes buying the product not even worth it.

I ordered the whole kit for my hair, I don’t receive it when I was told it was delivered, I reached out someone emailed me back and said they will reship, I stated I have insurance on my package I will not be in town to just refund me my money, of courses they ignored my email after that, next I get a email that the order was shipped, I reached out again and stated I want my money back, why did y’all ship out if I said I will be gone, (so I won’t be there to get my package) so finally after two days they respond and tell me oh the order is already shipped but I told them I requested a refund and y’all ignored it and what’s the point of having insurance if you not gonna do refunds so of course again they never email back, so when it comes to getting your money they don’t respond, they respond to what they wanna respond too, the customer service is horrible, they was gracious enough to reship but if I’m not there I guess I will never receive so my money is just gone down the drain

This product has caused my hair to be brittle and is breaking terribly. I love the smell of the hair grease and growth serum. Smells like glovers mane. I won't be ordering anymore of this product. Haven't noticed any growth 🤬

Beware..The "extra strength" serum smells really bad. Opt for the reg. strength or suffer the smell. Please don't get the extra strength for faster results,which is more expensive. IT DOESN'T WORK!! As a matter of fact it does the opposite. It will dry out and thin your hair which will cause more hair loss. THE REVIEWS ARE REAL AND THE HOLLYWOOD RESULTS ARE FAKE!!! .

It did not help! I noticed a bald spot after weeks of us and dry brittle hair. I ordered the bottle twice just to make sure I gave it a fair try, unfortunately it did not work for me at all.

I bought 1 regular and 1 extra strength oil/serum. I like the smell of the regular. I haven’t opened the other one yet, and I haven’t noticed any growth (yet). I use the regular drops at least 3 times a week (now for about 3 weeks). The drops cause me to have itching scalp, and dandruff. I’m gonna keep using it until it’s gone and if I see results I’ll edit my review.

Based on the positive reviews, I ordered this product to attend to my edges that have had trouble growing back due to alopecia. It has been approximately a month, and I don't see any progress despite first using it every day as directed and then every other day (to avoid oversaturating my edges).

My hair is thin and after reading some of the reviews I decided to give it a try. The first order came on time and as use the oil as directed, I didn't see a change but my daughter said mom give it time. The second order I ordered 2 bottles of the oil, the edge control, and the grow my edges(grease) I have been using it for months and it does not work at least for me. I would take pictures every month to see if my hair is getting any thicker and it's not. The shampoo did clean my hair well with no residue. Will not be buying again.
