I have brought 4 bottles of the serum and it didn't do anything for my hair. A complete waste of my money. I posted before pictures on the site and they took them down I should have known then it was a scam.

Its sad to think at this time ,,with this pandemic..with people out of work..pinching pennies companies(especially black-owned) are being deceitful ...just to make a quick buck,Ridiculous! for All of you who had to experience this LET DOWN first hand..I hope your hair growth journey gets better!

I wanted to support a local small company, so I purchased from them. However, there corporate culture is LOW and they are thieves. I purchased one serum to try it, and it accidentally ended up charging me twice. When I asked them to cancel one of the orders/ and or if I can return one, they refused me and basically said “oh well too bad, sorry” and kept my money. They’re goal should be making people feel good about their purchases and providing good results, making people happy. They are a greedy selfish company, and I don’t recommend their products. They made zero effort in helping me, and they didn’t even honor my 10% discount. Heard their products were useless anyway. Apparently I Spent $60 for trash.

When you show these ladies in the advertisment with long beautiful hair, of course we that can only wear a Phony Tail want the long hair.Your products smell good an even feels good but i havent seen that LONG hair like the models.Show me a baldheaded person and lets follow their journey from beginning to end. Now if you're honest an up front just say you will achieve long beautiful hair in 1-2years. Weeks?No.6 monrhs a few inches? Maybe. And that shampoo makes your hair too hard. I had to rinse it out fast an use my own shampoo afraid my hair would fall out if i tried massaging your shampoo. People need to just read reviews an if the bad out weighs the good then....maybe you should(we) be happy with that lil phony tail.ijs

Growth edge control works great! Thinning edges now full with new growth. The serum did nothing for me other than smell and burn.

If I could give this dishonest company 0 stars I would, "do not order from this company"they will take your money and you will not receive your product at all they say it is insured it is not stay far away you have been warned

I'm on my 5th bottle my scalp burn with bumps the first bottle was good all the other bottles was different I can tell by smell and how it look then my whole room is white and the product messed up my sheets it stains and I replaced my sheet 2x before I release it's my hair leaving Marks that wont come out then I brought the shampoo which is mostly water you can just poor it from the bottle on your hair dont add water an it's going to soap up so fast it comes out so faster because its water down this product is a lie.
