Not only is this product bad, not doing what it claims, but customer service is non-existent, no cancellations allowed, no refunds given... And a lot of fake positive reviews that were posted not by real customers but by people paid to post positive things for them. This product is a complete rip-off! Don't be fooled by the fake positive reviews. People with thinning and balding hair are desperate to find a product that works and this company preys on that desperation by selling crap that they know doesn't work. That's why they don't give refunds and don't allow cancellations.

Hi i ordered the serum and the grow my edges my hair fell out my scalp is tender i tried to get a refund and they wrote me back saying i should have did a strand test which i did but the more i use it the more my hair came out they told me i couldn't get my money back it should be something we can do this is awful

My hair fell out the side when I was 8 years old and never grew back no matter what I used. I tried this product with much skepticism but just after 4 days I could see hair growth. Even my barber noticed and he was shocked. He couldn’t even believe it. I’m now at day 8 and my hair has completely grew back and my wife can’t even believe it. She now uses it to help her edges grow

If you are here before ordering GREAT! I know better and I didnt do my research first. I ordered and didn't read reviews or the return policy. Don't let all those 5 star reviews on their actual site be the reason you buy the product. Once you hit the button to order... even if only a few minutes you CAN NOT CANCEL. Which is crazy to me but oh well...

After the reviews I've read were horrible but I ordered anyway and OH MY GOODNESS IT WORKED FOR MY HAIR TEXTURE. Find the product of which works for your hair...it's not for everyone....my edges grew back within two weeks times...😗😗Ordering more

Welp! I saw it. I Bought it. I am getting Raving Reviews about how Long my hair has grown and how Fast!🥰 I Noticed a Big difference in my Thinning edges when I Realized little Sprouts kept coming up everywhere around my front. As fast as I dye them, the Faster new little hairs grow. I am Well Pleased to finally find a Product that works for me. I am Cheating right now, but I will be Ordering More in a few days. I Love this Product ❤

My hair is thin and after reading some of the reviews I decided to give it a try. The first order came on time and as use the oil as directed, I didn't see a change but my daughter said mom give it time. The second order I ordered 2 bottles of the oil, the edge control, and the grow my edges(grease) I have been using it for months and it does not work at least for me. I would take pictures every month to see if my hair is getting any thicker and it's not. The shampoo did clean my hair well with no residue. Will not be buying again.

DO NOT BUY THIS CRAP!!! I ordered the moisturiser kit and the growth oil. When I first received them in the mail the shampoo was completely liquefied like water. I emailed them right away and told them and I was told since it is all natural it comes in different consistancys and it is still safe to use. I emailed back telling them how am I supposed to use "water" for a shampoo? And this was a horrible first impression of the company. They sent back saying They would send me a new shampoo free of charge and it was still safe to use the shampoo I have. I was really excited to try them so I went for it. The "water" shampoo made my hair extremely rough as soon as I tried to lather it up, conditioner wasnt much better. I followed up with the hair oil and it was thick and sticky and very hard to spread throughout my hair. I figured ok I'll just give it a shot and trust the process. Put my hair up for the week and didn't use any hot tools or blow dryer to let it all sit and "Do its magic" throughout the week I notice my hair was matting up really bad and very hard to the touch. Next wash day I had to brush my hair out before getting in the shower because it was so knotted. I noticed a lot of my hair was coming out in the brush. I get in the shower and wet my hair and CHUNKS of my hair was falling out of my head. My shower and body was COVERED in chuncks of my hair... I was literally in tears and I noticed my scalp was very sore from ONE WEEK of this crap being in my hair. I have since emailed them twice with pictures and still have no response. All of the sudden the "shampoo" they were sending me for free came in and it was another oil. The lid was completely unscrewed and the post office had to bag it in 3 different bags from it leaking. I emailed again saying they didnt even send me the right product and I want a refund. Still no reply. Went to their Facebook page and posted comments about these products... All comments are now deleted and I'm blocked from liking it commenting on any of the posts!! ITS A SCAM... SAVE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR HAIR.... DO NOT BUY!!! Worst experience EVER!!! They do not care about their customer's!!!!
