I am glad I did not see these reviews before I purchased or I might not have taken the chance. First, I would have given 5 stars but the packing is not great and the first bottle burst in transit. I sent them a picture and another bottle was sent in 4-5 days though. Also, in all honesty, it made my scalp sore for days. However, I use clobetsal already and it addresses the soreness. I have been using minoxidil with limited success for roughly a decade. I added in supplements and had greater success with re-growth for awhile. Then, my hair thinned again, and nothing gave me length in the 2 sections with alopecia. Within 3 weeks of adding this to my current routine, both my daughter and my husband noticed a difference. So even though my scalp hurt, I kept using it. Now, after 7 weeks, I have hope! My scalp no longer hurts (most days) and the results have been what I hoped for. I have more coverage and am gaining length in the damaged sections. If, in a few months, I continue to gain length, I will happily change this review to 5 stars, despite the scalp tenderness. If my alopecia never gets better than it is today, it’s still money well spent for me. I gave a bottle to my best friend and her results were not as good (she doesn’t have alopecia). I gave a bottle to my daughter, but after my scalp got tender, she diluted it with olive oil. She loves it and is seeing growth. I think results vary.

Sept. 23, 2020 I will give it one star because I received the product. I received my product, I broke out in a rash, if you want your hair to smell like sulfur mixed with mint then order it. I could not sleep at night the smell.was so strong. I washed my hair with a coconut shampoo I could not get smell out of my hair. This product really stinks and my husband is always smelling and rubbing my hair. No man wants to smell that type of odor in their wife's hair. Its really hard to wash out this product. It is not worth my it for me I will return to using Minoxil which works and does not have a smell. I was trying to support but no thanks. Also there is no refund.

I honestly was not going to write a review simply because I want to support our black businesses, however, I have to say something. I purchased over $200 worth of this product I was so excited to use it when I got it, but it was a waste of money. I suffer from hair loss in the middle of my hair of course from pulling braids and crochets LOL along with my edges thinning out. I use this product for about 2 months and didn't see any growth or changes. I then saw it and maybe it needed a little bit more time and gave it another month or so but after about three months and no change I stopped using the product. I have not requested a refund simply because of all the issues people have had and requesting a refund. Do not want to store credit because I do not plan on purchasing their products anymore. So what do you do??? I have now gone to all natural products and by that I literally mean all natural and making my own natural oils along with daily hair moisturizers and butters. Ladies it may be worth us taking the time to do our own research about what natural products can help our hair grow. Start looking up the aloe vera plant hair products that you can make on your own using the aloe vera plant. Once you start there your world will change I promise. Good luck!

Honestly I've gone through 3 bottles and it smells good but it's basically useless. I have a nice length of hair past my shoulders but two thinning patches on the temples of my head. I feel like after about 5 months my hair looks even worse and thinner. I want to support a fellow sister but I'm gonna try castor oil. I think this is just too much junk mixed together and it causes bad reactions on some people's hair. I broke down in tears the other day because I've wasted half of year with this crap hoping to glow up after quarantine and I look even worse. It sucks, but the truth HURTS. I am happy for the people that it worked for. I do think some of those reviews on Instagram are FAKE. I didn't have any issues with shipping or using promo codes. I'll give them credit for that. But I might as well been putting green grease on my edges instead of using an overpriced tiny bottle of so-called miracle oil...NEXT!

I was thinking of n but after you all had the courage to write the review of your experience, I Won't even bother. I appreciate you all because too often we don't tell others to prevent any more people who truly want a remedy to a heart-breaking dilemma, being victimized and let down.

Honest experience. It works but if you have sensitive skin don’t buy it my scalp had irritated bumps they itched like crazy I did not itch just kept washing my hair my hair started to thin where the bumps were and some bumps had puss in them so I had sticky puss in my hair maybe because it’s too strong but it works really well for my sister. But it’s a no for me.
