**UPDATE: my package is out for delivery today! 10/1. Ordered it 9/26. I’ll explain why im giving 3 stars. I’ve been using these products for about 2 years now and this is the only product that genuinely works on my hair(5 stars for the products itself) so once when an order from 2/26 never shipped, I too was worried. All my orders, she on top of it, my orders would come in 3-4 days! She did switch manufacturers, she’s never been a scammer and I understand how it may come off as such. I placed an order in Feb and I never received tracking, I did request to be refunded, and I was and then my order showed up at my door in August(I had no idea it was to come) I then placed another order in August bc I’m like ok maybe she’s getting everything together, and orders are arriving, just slowly. That order just arrived 9/15. So I see all the experiences are different. I think it’s ok we give this black woman grace. Yes, a lot of things are annoying but they seem to be out of her reach and her products are AMAZING! I am not for tearing down black owned businesses, especially black women, but it does seem like things are coming together again for her business. She is genuinely so sweet, and the fact I have been a loyal customer, I too start feeling that way then when I got the understanding of what was going on, I just kept my patience. I also, just placed another order Saturday and received my tracking this morning. Let’s give her grace.

I’m so conflicted…. I used to purchase this faithfully and it helped when I did my big chop which is why I feel stupid and had hope in the product but the new ways of them doing things broke my heart. They were texting and helping through my delays and then told me they were no longer able to help me via text but I needed to call and I did and left voicemails then it would be filled. Then I emailed they would respond weeks later and lie about delivery in two weeks only to say they switched to Amazon which I reached out and Amazon isn’t doing business with them but eBay is. It’s just disheartening when you know their capabilities. I spent $108 on many products and they have yet to send me anything even the products they randomly told me were back stock and now I’m stock…. What about everything else? If that was the only back stock why didn’t you place it in a box and sit it on the side to await the item then send it but no then another went back stock then deliver changed then it’s going to be delivered in 2 weeks…. We are in September and I ordered in June…. It’s heart breaking!

Ordered regular strength hair serum and edge growth .So far, so good. Noticeable thickness in my hair . I simply wash, apply drops. massage and twist it. every other day the drops are used , not too heavy,,, As for the edge growth..only tried it twice. Oh yeah, the twists are a protective style. I choose to wear wigs for now. Will return with an update in 3 weeks. For now, I recommend this product,

I ordered 2 bottles the regrowth serum I only received 1 bottle I sent an email nobody responded. I would like what I paid for

The oil and grease is ok but that gel is atrocious it makes your hair look gray and doesn't flatten the hair and makes me not wanna buy anything ever again if so just the oil n grease but the gel is terrible it's so bad I wanna toss it outside like a frisbee anyway idk when I'm buying more and on Instagram I told them they so sensitive they block me so Facebook it is until they get upset again lol anyway if I buy somethin again it's gonna be awhile lol

I have only been using the product for about 4 days (the extra strength serum). It is way too early to tell if it works, but the extra strength serum does smell terrible. It smells like extra strength sulfur 8 grease from long ago. I am only using it on my edges and I took a picture on day 1 so if my hair grows or falls out, I will have the picture evidence to support my next review.

I'm only writing this to balance things out. I have no idea if this will work for me as I just started 3 days ago but I wanted to address order issues. My only complaint is that there was no option to even plug in a discount code and the confirmation page doesn't give you the standard order review prior to submission option, so that's definitely negative. Having said that, it shipped quickly, product came intact and no leaking. I was charged appropriate to what I ordered despite not getting to use the advertised discount code I found on their Youtube advertisements. Yes,my scalp is a bit itchy but to be honest I assume that's likely a good thing as so much of it has been "dead"for so long. I don't understand reviews saying it made their scalp dry as it's oil based. Sounds like possibly a chemical reaction? I'm no scientist. I've not had any extra shedding since beginning or odd breakage. Yes the smell is strong, but probably a personal opinion as to whether or not it's bad. It doesn't bother me, smells a lot like old school Sulfur 8. So overall this is just to tell other sistas not to be afraid of being"scammed" in terms of excessively slow shipping or product not coming as ordered. I got what I paid for and it took less than a week. The USPS is BAD right now (I work in a department that's affected daily) so I think depending on where you're ordering FROM that affects timeline. I recently purchased the Hair Growth Serum and am hopeful it will do what it promised. The reviews are so mixed that I will try it and come back in the next two months with my honest assessment. The delivery was prompt and I am looking forward to see if it delivers as promised.
