I have paid for three free nights if I listened to their presentation over a year ago. They never told you the presentations are on certain days, that more often than not the resort is not available. When I called to try booking for my 4th time, Chris, the representative said I must book now while on the call or pay $380 more. At the beginning of the call an at other times, I told him that I must speak with my wife later. He did not respect this and demanded I book now. I did not give in to his pressure.

I have bought a marketing deal with HolidayInn Club Vacation. When I purchased, I was told that you have to attend a marketing presentation at the resort and if you are not able to make availble slot, the local team will give you alternate slot. I requested a change and Resort Management gave me the alternate slot. When I visited on the alternate slot, the team did not adhere to that and said they have not given me other slot and market me with No Show and charged exorbitant, without asking me. Post that their is no one to hear you or discuss. There is Ghost Customer Care # 855 334 7575 which no one picks and calls you back after leaving voice mail.

Beware of Getaway timeshare promotions. They dont honor the time and date we choosed and they are refunded the money if they didnt accomadate stay for dates we asked. Customer care doesnt care at all. they are in a mind set of "take it or get lost".

We only had a half a roll of toilet paper in our bathroom. No extra roll. Not enough towels. When my daughter went to the front desk to ask for one towel and the front desk person was rude and refused to give her one towel. We have a time share here and pay enough that requesting one towel should not be an issue. We will NEVER come back to this one.

Indoor Waterpark was a blast for the family with waterslides, splash park and a lazy river. Staff was friendly. Lots to do with Mini golf, tennis courts, basketball courts, arcade, pool tables and marina. You can check out board games to play in your room. However, the 2bdr villa was outdated and if you use the jacuzzi tub, you will run out of hot water before it covers all the tub jets and then everyone will have to wait hours before the waterheater can produce enough water for a warm shower. 🥶

If I could put a negative star I would! This is the worst company ever. They lie about everything and never help when needed. I have never been able to book a stay and every time I call nobody is able to help me or assist me in booking a stay. During the meeting the make everything sound so good, only to find out that it is all a lie. This is FRAUD and they should all be doing time for being a part of it. I have been trying to get out of this for a long time and no matter what I am screwed and cannot get out of it. This is a forever thing that will hurt my credit if I do not pay and later be a burden to a family member after I pass. DO NOT BELIEVE A WORD ANY OF THEM WORKERS SAY BECAUSE THEY ARE ALL LIARS!

Am 13.12.2021 habe ich mit meiner Frau eine Reservierung über die Holiday Inn Zentrale für eine Suite im Hotel City West Berlin gemacht. Ich kannte das Haus und war bis heute immer sehr zufrieden. Besonders der Service "war" einmal extrem gut, daher habe ich liebend gerne auch etwas mehr bezahlt. Als wir heute nach 9 Stunden (Hochschwanger) im Auto nach Berlin gefahren sind wollte man uns jedoch nicht einchecken lassen. Nach Auskunft der Zentrale habe das Hotel wohl über das normale Maß hinaus entschieden Corona Regeln zu verschärfen und keine Impfpässe als Nachweis für eine gültige Impfung mehr zu akzeptieren. Hierrüber wurden weder die Zentrale noch der Gast informiert. Anstelle zuzugeben, dass man hier nicht Kundenorientiert gehandelt hat, wurde mir als Gast noch vorgeworfen mein Ton sei nicht der Situation angebracht und man werde die Reservierung nun gänzlich stornieren. Die Zentrale hingegen war Lösungsorientiert und Hilfsbereit, das Hotel einfach unterirdisch! Wenn man mit Studenten in der Nachtschicht arbeitet, sollte man wenigstens als Hotelmanager sicher sein, dass diese Lust auf Ihren Job haben und nicht einfach DIREKT zur Tür verweisen. Lieber setzte der Mitarbeiter eine hochschwangere Frau in den Schnee als von Anfang an Lösungsorientiert zu sein. Am Ende mussten wir wirklich noch einmal durch den Schnee, da wir sonst ohne Obdach 9 Stunden um 18:00 Uhr von der Heimat weg waren. Erst als ich sehr Laut damit drohte in der Lobby zu schlafen und er doch bitte die Polizei rufen solle wurde mir eine Lösung angeboten, dennoch, der Marsch durch den Schnee zur nächsten Apotheke wollte uns der Mitarbeiter nicht abnehmen. Ich werde nie wieder auf dieses Hotel oder ein Hotel dieser Kette zurückgreifen nachdem was ich heute erleben musste. Danke @Holiday Inn für diese Weihnachten! An alle Familien mit Kindern oder Schwangere, hier wird keine Rücksicht genommen!

I was called by a lady asking for a satisfaction survey for IHG hotels, I am Platinum Elite, so yes I answered her questions, then I was asked to hold for an offer, it wasn't very plain, that is what I got out of it, so then this man comes on and says thank you etc for being P.E with IHG, then asks if I would like a special they have for where ever I want to spend 4 days 3 nights, we talked a bit, and then I said WAIT a minute, this is sounding more like a Time Share, and I DO NOT DO time shares, and he said No. It isn't, well he sent the email confirmation, and guess what at the bottom of it it says this is sent for the purpose of selling a time share. This Is Fraud! This is dishonest to the highest degree, now they tell me it is non refundable!!! Don't get caught in this scam! I will not pay for it, I will not go, I will tell my credit company what happened and I will not pay it!
