We love our timeshare and knew exactly what we were buying, ( as our parents ) taught us exactly how to use and what to do and not do / true value and lies . We have been blessed with excellent vacation memories.

Ok...yes the stories of fright dealing with time share presentation pressures can definitely cause anxiety, frustration and downright disappointment. However, my family and I have been members since 2014. When I tell you we "over" use this membership, we get our money's worth. We have been numerous times to Orlando, Orange Lake; Tennessee, Gatlinburg; Nevada, Desert Club Resort Las Vegas; Arizona, Scottsdale; Texas, Galveston Seaside; South Carolina, Myrtle Beach (guests were very stuffy on a holiday weekend- not planning on returning)....and in November 2025, we are booked for Louisiana, New Orleans. For some amazing reason, when we call to book, there's always availability...and when we can not get our selected rooms...WE ARE ALWAYS UPGRADED TO THEIR SIGNATURE COLLECTION SUITES. We travel all season for any reason. Since we PAY, we are definitely going to STAY. Our young adult children also use it for group shenanigans. Ohh I almost forgot, my sister and her friend used the RCI benefits and vacationed in Aruba before Covid-19. I say all this to share, these travel programs are only an issue when you don't know how to use it!! (or THEM, if you get my drift) I give all my complimentary friends and family stays to my clients and to other friends needing a quick getaway, and yes that help supplement my membership expenses. It's always a Win-Win for all! The world is stressful enough, and if you took the time to visit the resort, sat through that grueling pitch and still walked out with a membership, get your calendars out, grab some fun loving fam/friends and enjoy the most life has to offer. 1. Booking is easy if you aren’t looking for last minute trips. Staff are very patient through the process. Very grateful for that 2. I am very honest and transparent . Stayed at Galveston on the beach resort. Staff was very pleasant and professional but they don’t look happy. Hotel has direct access to the beach. Very nice. The rooms and hotel need a facelift. Needs to show owners where their money is going. WiFi is horrible. If you have an emergency and rely on your cell phone, get ready for anxiety. Rooms need to be scrub.. Bird poop all over the balcony. Bird poop even on the chairs. Gross. Need paint in those room and updated furniture to replace beat up pieces or at least camouflage it somehow. Our kids slept on the pull out couch. They have experienced many nights on pull outs during vacations. The pull out was horrific. You could see the springs . Kids couldn’t sleep. Room was not inviting at all. Swimming pool is decent size for kids and family to enjoy. Gym was decent size for a beach resort. If you just need a place to lay your head while surfing the beach, you’ll be ok. If you have any other expectation, you will be disappointed .

It is a great pleasure to stay in this hotel. The hotel has very decent service, friendly and polite staff. It has the best location in Yerevan in my opinion. The room are great and have comfortable bed! Rooms are cleaned daily. Taste breakfasts. The only thing I'll take a star off is that the air conditioning didn't work in the gym.

I got the $99 vacation special but when I rented the room for Labor Day weekend they told me it was going to be another 159 so a total of 259 for Labor Day four days three nights pretty good deal Smoky Mountens Tennessee is where I stayed at it was a beautiful view they put me on the 10th floor when I checked in there was an older gentleman at the front desk he was very nice helpful and knowledgeable about the area made me checking in very Easy process appreciate! But the alarm went off because I guess somebody was smoking in the Villa whatever the case may be you do not have to worry about this building catching fire and you not having time to get out that smoke alarm would wake anybody up and then it did it again about 30 minutes later but it’s good to know for safety measures they are ready I was there to do a timeshare so I went Sunday morning for the meeting Chase was my Guide he was A great person with a great personality you got you guys a winner there had Had I been in a better financial situation I definitely would’ve bought we had a great time and we would love to come back I’d stay away from the gift lady she was very rude not helpful at all but overall even with the electric going out for one hour you guys gave us glow sticks 😜 which worked very well things happen when you’re in the mountains we do understand that It was a beautiful villa with a beautiful view if you have patience to deal with the congestion in the area it’s definitely a place to check out
