DO NOT BUY A VACATION PACKAGE WITH…
DO NOT BUY A VACATION PACKAGE WITH THEM!!!
They are not open and honest about all the cancellation policies, fees and booking restrictions in the sales call! Because we stayed at Holiday Inns and have a credit card, a salesman called about a vacation package. Was leery about purchasing because when my spouse and I were young, we had a bad experience with a time share seminar. The salesman reassured us we wouldn't be pressured to buy a time share and that the vacation would be great. At the time of the call, I asked repeatedly if I could cancel the package at any time and receive a refund and the salesman repeatedly confirmed we could. I was all for it because it seemed inexpensive and under the impression I could cancel. I purchased and talked to my spouse about it and we started having doubts. I had health issues that arose and I called back to cancel and was told we could not cancel it. They were very discourteous, said they had recordings and I was told the restrictions and cancellation policies. Spoke to them at length and they would not cancel the purchase. I was livid!!! Since then we had numerous other health issues and other things come up and haven't been able to schedule anything. They had also told us we could extend the expiration at anytime. Called to ask for an extension and was told that it would be $59 for a 6 mo. extension and you have to make the dates for before the new deadline. And if you cancel any reservation, it would be another $19.95. If you look at the fine print, they can also cancel any rewards you're supposed to receive for many different reasons when you attend the time share presentation. I've read many bad stories on different forums of people having to pay hundreds if not thousands more for their trip in rates and fees. At many properties you have to pay daily resort fees that are quite expensive. Also, it often turns into just staying at their hotels if the resorts aren't available. Do not buy a vacation package with them! They will cost you way more than you initially think! You're just throwing your money away!

Can do better
1. Booking is easy if you aren’t looking for last minute trips. Staff are very patient through the process. Very grateful for that
2. I am very honest and transparent . Stayed at Galveston on the beach resort. Staff was very pleasant and professional but they don’t look happy. Hotel has direct access to the beach. Very nice. The rooms and hotel need a facelift. Needs to show owners where their money is going. WiFi is horrible. If you have an emergency and rely on your cell phone, get ready for anxiety. Rooms need to be scrub.. Bird poop all over the balcony. Bird poop even on the chairs. Gross. Need paint in those room and updated furniture to replace beat up pieces or at least camouflage it somehow. Our kids slept on the pull out couch. They have experienced many nights on pull outs during vacations. The pull out was horrific. You could see the springs . Kids couldn’t sleep. Room was not inviting at all. Swimming pool is decent size for kids and family to enjoy. Gym was decent size for a beach resort. If you just need a place to lay your head while surfing the beach, you’ll be ok. If you have any other expectation, you will be disappointed .

We are two nurses from Houston on…
We are two nurses from Houston on vacation with kids. We went to there location on canyon lake. We told them no to there timeshare there but signed up for a vacation here in orlando for a cheap fee. To go through another four hour presentation into buying relastate from there sales department. That is what they call it not timeshare. They started with 100,000 points and went as low as 30,000 with a one time 50,000 points for free first year. If we signed today. My brother and friend both warned me about timeshares they have and I told them I trusted them more. They where pushy and stated no those are different and this is buying relastate. My wife asked if she can try it out for 5 or 10 year contract. They said no to that. She asked let me sleep on it. They said ok but you would have to buy at the real cost of the package 50,000 cash for 200,000 points and the cost of this trip will not be the put down on payment. They offered no credit check fininacing at 16.5% percent. I said no way to that. The rep quickly back peddled and said its bc we dont check your credit score. He stated most people go home and get a better deal and pay it off with another loan. My wife has a bussiness money was not the issue. She had her office floors and painted the walls in 1100 sq foot space. That was over 10,000 with family friend giving us a deal. These places are huge and the maintenace fee has to be spread out through there memembers but he replied we have millions of memebers. I only stoped the presentation after reading better bussiness reviews and confirming my brothers and best friend opion on there bad experience. The room is ok but its not on a river, beach, or next to a pool. Its it feels like a retirement community. We saw there lazy river and opt to go to water park instead. We used the place as means to go see florida with our rental car.

David Walley Hot Spa Spring Resort
The resort was wonderful the hot spring facility was maintained perfectly well. The pool & jacuzzi's were clean. The maitanense guy that takes cear of the hot spring area is Steve. He was amazing, Steve would do anything to make you comfortable. He helped me and Mom going down the stairs in the jacuzzi's. Steve was there whenever you needed him. Best service that I have had was the day both Mom and I needed help. Steve was there for both of us. Thank you Steve.

This company is a complete joke
This company is a complete joke. They lure you in, don’t tell you all the facts, you pay more for a vacation than they would charge someone from outside just booking, and they a completely lack empathy and a sense of ownership. I am a single mom, trying to take my kids on vacation. First, they don’t offer child care for your expected and mandatory 2 hour presentation! How ludicrous is that? Suppose to be a “family friendly” vacation, but they lack sensibility and reality. People are there to be on vacation. If this company could get a clue, they would offer childcare to those single parents who don’t have anyone available and is a good parent who doesn’t leave their children unattended for 2 hours! I was charged $905 because I did not attend the presentation when my child wasn’t feeling well and didn’t have anyone to stay with them. That’s insane! Please, don’t get lured into this company’s false advertisement like I did!

This was a brutal experience
This was a brutal experience. They found a loop hole within ten minutes of arriving! Amy the head of Myrtle beach branch openly insulted us (when she thought we were gone). I was led to believe I was being given this opurtunity after Holiday Inn messed up a previous reservation. This ended up costing me over a $1000. I travel from city to city for a living. I will never stay at a Holiday in again. I've already kissed the money goodbye. THIS WAS PRETYY MUCH A LEGAL SCAM.

Thank god for trust Pilot
Thank god for trust Pilot. I forgot to look at this first before I purchased my overpriced timeshare with annual fees north of $3,500. They just beat me down to the point of not caring. I knew I had a right of rescission. Did not know I had 10 days though. I thought it used to be 3? Anyway, it’s cancelled, especially when I informed my daughter, who then asked me if I would like to buy her Hilton vacation club they bought. That comment was a no brainer to get out of this. BTW EBay just sold the same 300 annual point purchase we bought for a price I’m embarrassed to reveal, for $200. I inquired when it was listed for $1 through a broker. I was told they just bought it and only wanted the over priced taxes and other expenses paid. That was roughly the $3,500 I mentioned earlier. Still not worth it. That $3,500 is only going to go up. Plus, can you imagine my heirs being stuck with the thousands of annual taxes, etc. Remember, this is interval ownership that automatically reverts to your heirs upon death. Unless you don’t care for your heirs, be careful and remember the 10 day cancellation after you make that mistake.
Just one more thing. Our 2 hour tour turned into a marathon visit of over 5 hours. That what I meant about getting beat up until I relented. They did reward us though with a $200 food credit? The resort food was not worth the 5 hours though. The $249 I was to receive after the tour was used towards our down payment. We did receive a letter with a copy of our return credit card reimbursement. As far as the $249 as our tour reward, well the letter said that it will be sent at a later date, yet to be derermined.
