To clarify a few important points: we never enable automatic or recurring payments without an explicit opt-in, and we take any concern about unauthorized charges extremely seriously. If something appeared unclear or misleading in your case, that’s on us to review and explain properly. Regarding tracking, we agree that you should always have clear and verifiable shipment information. If that wasn’t communicated clearly or in a timely way, we sincerely apologize.
