I came upon Histrips by accident when helping my son move and he had a pack of mouth tape. He was traveling so I decided to use them - and what a game changer! I sleep so soundly when I have them on, and to test them I try to go without and I never sleep as soundly. When I finished what was remaining in the pack, I went online and ordered the mouth tape and nasal spray - WOW! What a difference! Now am addicted and will try the nose strips….

I never tought that would help, but it gives what it says - more Air, better breath. I used for sleep and run. I will for sure buy more after finishing these
