I have paid for and uploaded everything, including my own criminal back ground checks... Has anyone spoken to any legal advocate? I'd love to know...this is incredibly stressful and expensive.

To add to my review. I provided nearly all my ‘Contracting’ work history. Also the contact numbers for management and other hierarchy who can confirm my position. Hireright are requesting, contracts, from nearly four years ago. I’ve tried to explain this is not something I would have. Contracts were signed on site, printed on A4 paper and a copy was given. However, I no longer work for that company. Therefore it is unlikely that I would have kept it in file or email. I await for them to ask for my shoes size.

I am a former employer who has been called twice at 5 am to give a reference, even after telling them not to call so early. They’re stalkers!

Why would any respectable business decide to work with HireRight? In excess of 3 weeks to complete a background check with all data (plus additional references provided) Only to be asked to confirm my name (after waiting 3 weeks) This jeopardizes the chance to start a new role / resign from current position due to unfathomable delays and such poor communication. I genuinely feel sorry for the customer service team who seemingly can provide no details or updates on progress.

Absolutely Horrible... I am an employer in New York. I had an employee move to Texas and apply for another position. I received a call from "Amy" in India who wanted the EXACT dates of employment for the candidate. I informed her I needed to check the payroll records and call her back, which I did. I have yet to speak with "Amy" or anyone else at HireRight for that matter as all I get is voicemail. They have told the candidate that they cannot reach us! Total incompetence. As an employer, I would never utilize their services.

Hirewrong is a joke. What is the point in being a company that verify if you ask the candidates to provide all the paper work ? Try have graduate from a school outside of the US, they will say that your education cannot be verified after one email. Horrible, rude, unpolite and lazy customer service. Hiring companies need to find some other BGC provider.

This company is so appallingly bad that i told Energizer Holdings LLC that i no longer wanted the position. This was after a draining two weeks of back and forwards communication with HireRight. A robot or chatbot could probably do a better job.
