Terrible Experience!! Yet again, Oscar failed to update me OR give proper information to me. I always have to ask for a supervisor - every call! Agents just pass you to dept to dept w/o doing their job! Don't trust any of these agents - They are all LIARS!

Evidently in 2025 someone named Lonnie Jackson with Oscar signed me up for insurance without my authorization. I did know know this until I got a letter from the IRS about sending a 1095 A and another form to them. When I called Healthcare.gov I could not even get a 1095A because there was a discrepancy in a piece of information. I was totally unaware of what had transpired until this time. Trying to get this straightened out has been a nightmare. This company inappropriately signed me up misrepresenting my personal information. I have since filed a fraud case against them for 25 and 26. Update: this company wanted additional information to prove this was a valid experience with them. How rich. Just goes to show what a fraudulent company they are.

Worst experience ever. I have been fighting them for MONTHS, over 20 calls of being led on and bounced around and told I would not have to pay for services from a provider that THEY TOLD ME was in network over the phone and on their website. Apparently they are "out of network" and I am stuck with hundreds of dollars in bills that they keep telling me they will help me with but then denying to pay anything. Absolutely worst experience with insurance in my entire life.

Coverage denial as "out of network" when it was the charges for a new born baby born via a surrogacy when we, as the parents, had no choice of the facility the surrogate used. Oscar seems to deny claims, refuses to even listen to explanations, and then requires policy holders to go through a lengthy appeal process for what should be an obvious coverage decision.

So on advice this year I went with Oscar insurance and wow what a huge mistake. Oscar does not give a daym about nothing but money. On my previous insurance my medication was less than 100 a month with Oscar because they clarify it differently it would cost me over $1000 a month. Time for new insurance.and if anyone has type 2 diabetes dont even think Oscar health

Oscar Health is the worst insurance i've ever had in my life. They deny claims for agencies that take that insurance. When I called them , the customer service is outrageously bad. I was referred to a neuropsychologist and they do not accept Oscar health so I did the work myself and found one local in my town, and I called them to find out if they accepted them, and the man is looking for over 10 minutes and I'm thinking the guy hung up on me. I think it only takes a minute to type in the name of a business and see if that is a network or not. They're always rude , and unfortunately most of them barely can speak english. I can't wait for august first when I get different insurance on canceling them early I can't wait for August 1st when I get different insurance on canceling them early. I put in a date but any phone call I've ever made to them. Has been a nightmare since I got this insurance at least 6 months ago.

DO NOT USE THIS INSURANCE. I was a victim of identity theft and someone used my name to open this Oscar insurance in Texas. Despite proving to them that it’s a fraudulent account, they refuse to close the insurance and give me a retroactive letter. They are very insensitive, unprofessional and they lie a lot. Oscar Health insurance have my information and they reach me if they want.
