I had a knee injection for my arthritis…
I had a knee injection for my arthritis in Dec 2023 and the EOB stated I only owed approx 150.00 So with that knowledge I scheduled another visit 6 mos late and had no worries (even though I was 3 months from Medicare) and would owe nothing. Only this time they did not pay the injection and I owed 2600.00 and then when I filed a complaint they redid the Dec 2023 EOB and now I owe 4700.00 I made my financial decision based upon a fraudulent EOB and have been severely financially hurt Now I am on Medicare and would not recommend them to anyone So they reach out to you and tell you to write to review on their review page as if they will help you it takes you to their website which gives you no options but to file a grievance But I already Did stay away from this company They defrauded me by providing an inaccurate EOB so I had a high bill and then had the nerve to go back 10 months and correct the other one so I now owe over 4000.00 No help from them they cover NOTHING
