My girlfriend got this insurance and they suck. Do not get them. Their customer service sucks. She was never able to get service at any clinics because she never got her information card and the clinic they recommended won't see her without the insurance card. This us after she already paid over 3 months with premiums close to 300.00 a month. She ended up canceling the insurance and they will not refund her the money.

Would give them negative stars if I could. My son can't get the care he needs because this company is so disorganized. Oscar, if you're reading this - I've reached out to multiple attorney's and I've filed a formal complaint with the NC Department of Insurance.

Oscar Health Care is the worst when it came time for re-enrollment. I have been getting passed around from agent to agent. Nobody cares to help me or even tried to help me. Then all they did was pass me back to the market place and they hung up on me. I’m probably not going to even have healthcare insurance for the new year but I don’t even care because dealing with them is like getting your teeth pulled with no medicine. Just horrible!

Nada recomendable. Contratamos un servicio de limpieza a fondo, la cocina ni la tocaron, solo la ventana y dos habitaciones prácticamente no hicieron nada y se fueron corriendo dejando todo a medias. Pedimos una rectificación del servicio y no se ha presentado. No cumplen lo que prometen y además la garantía que ofrecen es un fraude

I went to the orthopedic for knee pain. He recommended PT first to see if that would help, it did not. MRI showed torn meniscus and other worn areas. I was given the choice of cortisone shot or arthroscopic surgery. I decided to start with shot. Got relief for a few weeks but then nothing, Decision to do arthroscopic surgery was made. Now comes the fun part. My doctor talked to insurance stating I needed surgery. They denied. Now going through appeal process. Then I called Oscar for reason for denial and was told doctor did not supply supporting info/results. Called my doctor and explained what insurance said. Doctor's office assured everything in my chart had been submitted. The insurance company is lying. Will wait to hear appeal decision. I had a feeling this may happen because I have met out of pocket maximum and insurance would pay all. Now I feel the pain of what I have heard people say in the media, insurance companies are worried more about the bottom line than their customers, I pay over 1000.00 monthly for my premium and this is how I get treated. Was going to renew with Oscar but I think my best bet is to jump ship.

This should not exist horrible people and insurance. The person I spoke with dumb . No one should deal with these people. False billing etcc
