I would give it a 0 star if it was available.Stay away from this company.They are total scam artists.Take your money and don't deliver on services.Cancel your policy claim.They didn't receive your direct deposit payment just because they don't want to pay the medical claims. They canceled my policy and refused to pay for simple blood lab work. When I contacted them and tried to reinstate it, they said they couldn't reinstate it because I didn't have reasons to re enrolled.Yeah well getting canceled is a pretty big reason to be able to re-enroll. I feel. Lucky that I'm no longer covered by them because when they keep doing this to insurers.At some point in time, the company is going to fail and everybody.That has coverage is going to lose coverage.

Worst experience I have had with an HMO. I got prostate cancer, which was discovered by tissue sample when doctor did TURP. MRI confirmed suspicious lesion. So doctor then ordered a fusion MRI, which was clearly authorized by guidelines. Then Oscar denied payment without telling me why. I am now in the process of appealing denial. Impossible to speak to live person.

This insurance is terrible. Almost every provider on their directory has incorrect contact info and addresses. Oscar is very difficult to contact. Their "virtual PCP's" have zero availability. They contract out their mental health and other specialties to other companies...so trying to find a provider in one of these fields sends you down a rabbit hole of many other 3rd party websites. Can't wait to drop this coverage

Disappointed a CT was denied after a prior US and CT shows so many problems 4 years ago . This is possibly why my PH has been spiking and UTI are chronic so do they prefer I die to save them money ?? I became a commodity but I'm HUMAN

It's one of the worst insurance I ever dealt with. They make you lost in finding a doctor until you give up and dont want to see a doctor. I wanted to see a specialist and I visited 2 different doctors and they told me they are not members any more. and each appointment made me wait 30 days. This is a scam, not an insurance

I never signed up for the Oscar Healthcare & now my Dr. is or Oscar is making me pay a 30.00 bill & I called my #1health care insurance which is Care Source & I'm very happy with them. I'm a diabetic & I need my metformin daily & I'm not getting my 90 day supply any more & I never asked 2 b changed healthcare from anyone. I've never heard of this Oscar Healthcare company & they don't sound good & so far I don't like them & don't want them as a healthy care!!!!!!!!!!!

I would like to express my complete dissatisfaction with Oscar Heath Insurance. They are completely disregarding the need to resolve a simple problem, such as an invoice that was generated in my husband's name for a consultation at a dermatology clinic that we owe nothing to! We have been trying to resolve this for over a year, with many complaints and with all the documents we have proving that we are up to date with the payment of invoices and also with the amount we paid on the day of the consultation. We have been clients for 4 years. The dermatology clinic claims that Oscar did not pay what he should have and therefore my husband's name is in a bad situation because of Oscar's lack of attitude to resolve this problem. I am completely dissatisfied. I do not recommend them to anyone and I still see a lack of professionalism and respect towards us as clients.

I’m a physician who has been trying to care for a pregnant patient with this insurance. It’s been a total nightmare. I will never accept another patient with this insurance because of this experience. I feel terrible for patient. My staff has spent numerous hours attempting to get problem resolved. Support is not there. No one can resolve problem or provide solution which allows patient to get care. Multiple calls made and they were never able to resolve or see prior history of steps taken. Terrible insurance company.
