This product is truly amazing. I bought a sterling silver bracelet at a very fair price. The picture contained within is deeply meaningful. I cannot describe how brilliant it is. It is almost unbelievable. To be completely honest, it is actually beyond words. Thank You

Delivery was due before Valentine’s Day, but didn’t arrive until 2 weeks later! Other companies provide the same for half the price, but I was willing to pay the extra to receive it on time. This didn’t happen. The product felt a bit light and cheap when received, which was disappointing and the necklace seemed a little short. The photo in the jewellery did work well. However, the company did respond to my emails chasing delivery, and whilst it didn’t speed the process up, they did reply. My advice would be to shop around

I received my item which was a gift, good condition picture looks nice. Delivery takes little longer then expected but definitely happy with my purchase

Not great tbh. Firstly, delivery time was exceptionally long and it was 4 weeks late for an event. They don't put order times and when you chase, take it with a pinch of salt Overall let down on quality of item. At first I thought it looked great but after a few wears of it the colour goes, and a few more wears the colour has totally gone and the whole bracelet fell apart. Waste of money and wouldn't buy from projection jewels again.

Virkelig flot resultat. Og en super god kundeservice. Da det viste sig der var sket en fejl ved postnord, fik jeg meget hurtig hjælp til at finde min pakke. 5 velfortjente stjerner.

Had an issue with the item and their team was very responsive and helpful with getting that issue sorted out. My girlfriend absolutely loved the bracelet I got her as well.

The worst customer service I have ever been a victim of. Ordered bracelet two weeks prior to when I needed it. Didn’t arrive. Contacted them and they said not their fault must have got lost in the post. Sent out a replacement, arrived almost 4 weeks later. Bracelet worn and fell off on the first day of wear as the links came apart. Luckily we found if in the house. Contacted the company who then sent an email with a video attached saying fix it yourself. Found this a very bizarre way of dealing with faulty items. They then refused to send a new one to me as they said I had already had a second one sent, they didn’t seem to grasp that this was because they use Hermes/Evri who lost the parcel, and were saying that somehow it was my fault. I then asked for a refund, and again using the fact the first parcel was lost offered me a 50% refund. Eventually I got a full refund but after weeks of battling. I genuinely thought at points it was a scam, VERY poor customer service and incredibly slow to reply to emails. As well as the terrible customer service, the actual product looked very cheap, and the photo was of poor quality and it broke on the first day of wear. Also if you have an average to small wrist size don’t bother as they are massive! AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Despite knowing that the necklace will not arrive on time, I still ordered a necklace for my partner's mom a week before Christmas day, and I am satisfied with the service. I told them the Italian postal service was closed and that it would probably not arrive before we leave for Abu Dhabi, but they stood by me when it arrived just as I expected on Epiphany festival. It's such a great necklace! I gave 5 stars because everyone at home was happy and that's what matters most.
