I ordered my necklace December 13th, and it is now the 23rd and I’m worried I won’t get it in time, and now after reading other reviews, it seems like many others have experienced delayed shipping so now I’m even more worried and I’m bummed because I ordered it enough in advance that I should’ve gotten it in time, and I even emailed with Leslie and was reassured it should be here in time and I don’t even have an estimated delivery date yet😩 ORDER HF#12130

Delivery was due before Valentine’s Day, but didn’t arrive until 2 weeks later! Other companies provide the same for half the price, but I was willing to pay the extra to receive it on time. This didn’t happen. The product felt a bit light and cheap when received, which was disappointing and the necklace seemed a little short. The photo in the jewellery did work well. However, the company did respond to my emails chasing delivery, and whilst it didn’t speed the process up, they did reply. My advice would be to shop around

The actual part of the bracelet with the photo is very good, bit disappointed with the quality of the hooks either side of the photo projection and the actual bracelet part as it wasn't exactly cheap and it doesn't match the picture on the website. Based on this I don't expect the bracelet to last long if it was to be worn daily but it will be a nice gift. Delivery took 3.5 weeks from date of order, no tracking or dispatch info was received so the radio silence was a bit frustrating.

The company is ok. The products are not disappointing and everything is reasonably priced. Maria is pleasant and responsive. I think what lets the side down is their packing and distribution. We had a bit of a wait but we didn't realise it was an international dispatch and to be fair, despite having to chase the item, it arrived and Maria seemed genuinely concerned that we hadn't received part of our order with something else that did arrive earlier.

I would have given 5 stars for initial responses (Acted immediately when notified my order did not arrive. Excellent service). However. 3 stars because after 2 months since order the original goods turned up. I have sent 3 emails requesting instructions to return free of charge no reply. I assume they do not want the item returned. I do not require 2.

Absolutely appalling company. Don't waste your money. I ordered a holographic necklace for my sister's birthday and I'm still waiting! I've repeatedly emailed because the tracking number with Royal Mail doesn't exist and they do not have the parcel but they just say that it's not been scanned yet and it will 'pop up' in 2-3 days. It hasn't and probably never will. A total scam. Really upset that I've had to buy something else instead. Appalling company. UPDATE: Eventually Communicated with company regarding issues. They were very apologetic. Necklace finally arrived and it's absolutely beautiful so no issue there. If you want to order from this company then order a long time in advance as items take ages to arrive. Also, the tracking number provided never works so don't expect to know when it will arrive. Finally, the image on the necklace is very difficult to see so keep trying, you'll see it eventually! Overall I'd give them a three star review.

this present was incredible. but i ordered in mid november and came just in time for christmas! i tried to email countless times and only got one reply from them. would order again, but order well in advance. my gran loved this present and will be treasured

Ordered at the beginning of December. Arrived just in time for xmas. Necklace is really lovely although the chain is very flimsy and I will be replacing. Would have liked some better communication of dispatch and delivery dates.
