Excellent customer service who picked up an error on my order and took the time to check (very rare these days). I signed up for the tracking (free) and as this is completely automated, so you do get notified providing you put the correct email address in and have space in your inbox. My gifts came within two weeks. The brackets were as advertised and I’m happy with them. Thanks guys!

On April 25th I ordered my wife an engraved pendant with our son’s name, birth date, birth weight and birth time with a picture of my wife and him locking eyes for the first time. What I got instead was a heart with the word mom in it…. Nothing close to what was ordered so I was already frustrated because this is my wife’s first Mother’s Day and the gift is wrong. I reached out to customer service and they agreed that they messed up and told me they would get me a replacement with what was originally ordered. A week goes by with zero updates…so I reach out again and they tell me I basically got put on the back burner because they had an influx of orders. This company is an absolute joke. Do yourselves a favor and go literally anywhere else with your money.

I am absolutely disgusted. I was responded to, to say that no order could be found from my email address. I explained that on ordering no confirmation email was sent so I have no order number details noted down. I have provided the purchase information screen shot of the payment taken from my bank account. I have told them I ordered the Projection Interlocked Pendant necklace in Sterling Silver, the name of the Bank the payment was made from and the picture provided for the personalisation of the projection bead. I have since heard nothing and have been ignored today completely. They have taken my £54.95 and it appears that I have just been ripped off. This gift is for a special 30th Birthday present and now I will be without the gift for my dear family member and minus the money I have spent to re purchase something else in time for Friday 24th April.

I received a damaged couples blacelet. It came without the jump ring and now i can't use the bracelet

I ordered an item 21 days ago . Has not arrived. Do not reply to my questioning emails. This is a con. Don’t buy from them .

LAST UPDATE * As of April 6th, 2026 i would like to update my review and say that someone from customer service contacted me, to make things right. I received the necklace for my mother last week and she loves it! I greatly appreciate HIDDEN FOREVER for understanding my frustration and rectifying the situation. I am pleased,Thankyou! **UPDATE after the review someone reached out to me via email & said they would expedite my situation to customer service ITS BEEN 4 DAYS! i even sent a follow up email, TERRIBLE , TRASH *** I ordered a necklace for my mom for Christmas, it was delivered to the wrong house!! pictures were sent, and verified upon request of my refund it was processed and then reversed 2 months later HIDDEN FOREVER stated I received it when we already verified it was sent to the incorrect home!! I sent pictures, why scam people like that and not follow through with the refund. Nothing good comes from doing wrong to people!
