On April 25th I ordered my wife an engraved pendant with our son’s name, birth date, birth weight and birth time with a picture of my wife and him locking eyes for the first time. What I got instead was a heart with the word mom in it…. Nothing close to what was ordered so I was already frustrated because this is my wife’s first Mother’s Day and the gift is wrong. I reached out to customer service and they agreed that they messed up and told me they would get me a replacement with what was originally ordered. A week goes by with zero updates…so I reach out again and they tell me I basically got put on the back burner because they had an influx of orders. This company is an absolute joke. Do yourselves a favor and go literally anywhere else with your money.

I am absolutely disgusted. I was responded to, to say that no order could be found from my email address. I explained that on ordering no confirmation email was sent so I have no order number details noted down. I have provided the purchase information screen shot of the payment taken from my bank account. I have told them I ordered the Projection Interlocked Pendant necklace in Sterling Silver, the name of the Bank the payment was made from and the picture provided for the personalisation of the projection bead. I have since heard nothing and have been ignored today completely. They have taken my £54.95 and it appears that I have just been ripped off. This gift is for a special 30th Birthday present and now I will be without the gift for my dear family member and minus the money I have spent to re purchase something else in time for Friday 24th April.

I received a damaged couples blacelet. It came without the jump ring and now i can't use the bracelet

I ordered an item 21 days ago . Has not arrived. Do not reply to my questioning emails. This is a con. Don’t buy from them .

Scam. Order delivery but quality was atrocious. Not sterling silver by any stretch. Image could be viewed. Avoid avoid avoid.

Terrible communication and took over a month to receive. Necklace feels cheap and they put the picture in upside down. You really have to work to see the picture as well

Ordered February 6th. Order status updated to checking order on February 8th and has not updated in the last 4 days. It is now the 12th and it was supposed to be delivered today. Just hoping to get an update on shipping and actually get my order. Wish I would have read the reviews but as they say hindsight is 20/20

I have emailed you a hundred times trying to get you to either find my order mail my order tell me who mailed my order to help to tell me what carrier delivered my order and nothing was ever done. This is my review on your company. You are terrible to work with you took my money didn't send me a product and you owe me $60. How's that THIS IS AN UPDATE ON MY REVIEW.. AFTER many times trying to get something done this company finally refunded my money. It still didn't make it right. My friend sister passed away and I was doing this as a deed for her and you ruined that for me. I did however go on eBay and order from two different people. Maybe I will get this done anyway. Thanks for the refund but also thanks for nothing. I would still never order anything else from you
