Hibbett SportsReviews of hibbett.com

I’m not sure why there are so many bad reviews. I’ve bought 3 pair of hard to find Jordan’s for my son online and it delivered within a couple of weeks with no issues. I’ll definitely keep on buying from them!

I ordered two pairs of shoes. I get them and opened both boxes. Each box only had one shoe in it. I called customer service to see if they could send me the missing shoes. Nope. Offered a refund, a return label, and a discount code. Of course the shoes that I previously purchased were out of stock so I couldn’t even reorder them. I placed another order recently. I size 10 KD’s. I opened the box and there’s two different sized shoes. One is a 9 and the other is a 10. I have to return them and they are out of stock as well. I understand a lot of stores are short staffed. But how much effort does it take to simply check that both shoes are in the boxes and the correct sizes. Hibbett’s online shopping is really a hit or miss.

The City Gear located (Northtown Plz) 5562 North Freeway Houston, Texas 77076 is the most unprofessional setting of customer service I've experienced with my children. The Salesperson Saviahn and the Manager needs to take some classes of knowing how to handle people with care. It was very distasteful and ghetto. The manager got in his feelings because I notified him of allowing the young lady to handling me with such disrespect. And his reply was let him do his job or i can take my business else where. All in front of my children, I did my best at conducting myself trying to teach my children how to handle people like this. Sadly they were BLACK!!! And i also told my children this is why we as black people get criticized because of our attitudes and actions. But however i did let my children know it's other ways you can fight respectfully. So if you are in this area BEWARE BECAUSE IT'S VERY GHETTO!

I won the raffle. And then they forfeited me because they sent the message after it was over. Hibbett I’m always spending money with them. They pick and choose who can win. So sad this not the first time this happened to me

I recommend them I was a bit nervous about the bad comments but once I received my shoes I was very happy

First time ordering from this company and definitely the last. I ordered a pair of children's shoes on 7/13. I was sent a tracking number from UPS the next day. A day or two later the UPS tracking stated that the package was damaged and would not be delivered and that the shipper would be notified. I informed customer service via chat which is not very helpful or informative at all. The customer service rep then stated I have to go through their third party package insurance company called "Route". What they don't tell you is they make it difficult to get your refund it's either a gift card or through PayPal only. They will not just put your refund on the credit card you used. The second problem is that their third party insurance company (route) does not pay you the taxes you paid on the item so the consumer loses either way. The sale was never completed as I did not receive the item. I never got the item and ended up losing $3.90 tax money on something that wasn't my fault at all. (Imagine if they are doing this to hundreds of people who may have lost/damaged packages) It is seems to be unjust. No reputable business would have practices such as these. Seems to be shady practices to me.I would definitely not order from this company at all no matter what they do or don't have in stock. I should have known it was a bad decision to order from this company when, on the website, shipping insurance was constantly advertised throughout for damage or theft multiple times when I was using the website and again in the confirmation order email stating "don't worry about your package". They do not operate like other reputable businesses I have had dealings with online. Im just trying to save others the frustration.

I agree with several reviews. Website still not issuing return labels and customer service keeps saying they'll email me one but never do. So I can't return items. Bad CS and fraudulent company

I was sent two different shoes in the mail. Two completely different 100 dollars shoes. My options pay 30 for shipping them back on my own then I would get a refund and could order them again or drive two hours to their in person store. What a scam. My children's, children will not buy from here. Spent hours taking to customer service and they dont care. I now have a size 13 mens high top and mid top nike in my closet taking up space.
