I bought a pair of Nikes it took forever to hear from them about what was going on with order come to find out they said sneaker was in stock but they had to go through eight stores to find that sneaker because the stores do not update their inventory stock so I finally get the sneakers almost 2 weeks later and guess what bottoms of sneakers are dirty because somebody obviously wore them so I contact customer service absolutely useless not really interested in helping me out at all As a matter fact the customer service rep was kind of arguing with me really don’t shop at this store there’s so many other better sneaker stores to shop at skip this one. Garbage service and selling used items. I’m pissed off and disappointed.

Hibbett is one of the worst possible websites you could order from. I've had many past experiences with Hibbett and most of the time the orders I make get canceled without my notice due to problems that Hibbett has within making sure that their stock numbers aren't correct or my item gets lost in transit before making to UPS to be delivered to me. This is the worst company to order anything from.

I ordered a bulls hat in July for my little brother birthday. I was told before ordering it and after purchasing it that it would be delivered 8/03. By 8/05 My brother’s birthday had passed and I still hadn’t received the hat even though the shipment details were still saying delivered 8/03! By 8/07 the hat had still not come and I had to call customer service to find out the hat I ordered was out of stock and they didn’t know when the hat would be re stocked. Why allow the hat to go in my cart and why accept my money if the item wasn’t even in stock? Not only was I out of a birthday gift, I had to wait days for my money to go back into my account. Major inconvenience!

Worse company ever !!!!! my 1 year old daughter started daycare , i ordered ONE pair of shoes ONE and haven’t received any updates, its been almost 3 weeks.. i filed a claim now i have to wait another week or so just to get approved for my claim and im sure another week for my money back, this whole process has been a nightmare! please do anything but order from Hibbet! the company SUCKS!!!!!!

If I could leave zero stars I would. Stay far far FAR away from this place. Ordered 2 pairs of cleats for my son for football. The stupid tracking app that they use said the package got delivered to my house. It did not. I called customer service and they basically just told me that it was gone and there was nothing they could do about it.

Stay away. Defective Merchandise and NO customer service. Washed a pair of shorts before wearing and they fell apart. Took back to store and they said since we had washed them, they would do nothing to replace them. Who wears clothes without washing. The person in charge could care less about customer service.

I ordered another pair of Mid Blazer 77’s and I order them a week ago. I was not told or even informed my package was not gonna be delivered to my address or told it was gonna be delivered at USPS. I call ups because I was told my package was delivered but couldn’t find it, was told my package was delivered to a USPS 30 minutes away from my house and that I can go pick it up there. I drive there and get told it’s still on a platform and not gonna be delivered till tomorrow. I asked to see if I can get a tracking number and they said I have to call the carrier, so then I call Hibbetts and get told the SAME EXACT THING EVERYONE TOLD ME. I tell them the situation and pretty much just say “where tf is my package” no communication, no other things told to me. I still don’t even know where it’s at or if I’m even gonna get it today, this is by far the WORST experience I’ve received yet from any shipping company
