Hibbett SportsReviews of hibbett.com

Order came days after my expected delivery day…. I wouldn’t recommend ordering anything from hibbett online to anyone. It’ll be better to just go to a local store. I missed my brothers party because my shoes wasn’t here on time… Very dissatisfied customer.

My son wanted a specific Nike football glove. I looked everywhere and could not find them. A Google search lead me to Hibbetts. I had never heard of them, but they had the glove in stock and the right size so I ordered them. They arrived in less then a week. The gloves arrived and they were dirty. They are supposed to be brand new. They will get dirty soon enough so not that big a deal. Then I noticed the electronic security tag was not removed!! I drove 60 miles roundtrip to a Hibbetts store that was closest to me to have them remove the security sensor. I arrived at the store and there's a giant sign in the window..."Unable to remove security sensors from clothing items." What? Seriously? I went inside and the clerk told me their removal tool was stolen so they can't help me. Luckily for me the store next door removed the sensor. Hibbetts is terrible!

My camo shorts came quick and the quality was even better 👌

Sent me heavily worn shoes with dirt on the soles and deep creases in them. Followed return instructions and unable to print a return label. Keeps saying that my information doesn’t match with the order number. I will no longer be ordering from this company. I am really upset that I paid full price for worn shoes. I could have just purchased from eBay if I wanted previously worn shoes!

So my fiance and I use to buy a bunch from here, up until recent events, which made me rethink everything. Call me whatever, but I ordered a new era lightning 4 bulls hat over a week ago and still "processing" and not a single customer service rep can give it to me straight. One said idk, and the other says its processing now and within the hr I'll get an email w my new info....3 hrs later....nothing. that's where I'm at now. Still waiting. Was told the first store didn't have the hat but the next did. Ok.....then why am I still in process a week later....

Had an amazing experience. Fast shipping and updates. Got a pair of bulls shorts. Original and great quality

I have ordered cleats never got them said they are shippped but somewhere else and I never got a refund or anything I wanna take this to court doing this to thousands of people

This company has issued a cancellation and it takes forever to get your money back if you use a debit card. They lie about shipping times and then cancel your order because they don’t keep track of their inventory. I won’t ever deal with this shady company anymore.
