I would like to retract my statement that I made earlier about Hibbetts customer service ignoring me. They provided me with the discount that I requested without notifying me of the discount. When I looked at the account that I used to make my purchase. I saw that they had already issued me a discount. Thank you Hibbett. My suggestion to Hibbett would be to take the time to notify the customer of changes made about the purchase.

I don't normally leave reviews, but when one is well-deserved, I will definitely make the time! I came in on a Friday looking for an outfit for my husband, and Ty was very welcoming and polite. He greeted us and asked if we needed any help or were looking for anything specific. He also let us know about the sales, discounts, and deals they had. He advised us that if we had any questions, we could reach out to him. While that may be the norm, what stood out to me was that Ty went beyond the usual customer service experience. He struck up a friendly conversation, and as I continued shopping, I found myself asking for his opinions. He was more than happy to help! Good customer service is hard to come by these days, especially when it comes to the younger generation, but Ty truly stood out. He was respectful, friendly, and professional in the way he interacted with customers. What impressed me even more was that he provided the same level of service to another gentleman who walked in after me. It wasn't just a one-time interaction; Ty genuinely seems to take pride in providing excellent customer service to everyone who walks through the door. Ty, keep up the great work! I hope to see you the next time I come in. Employees like you are an asset to any company, and you're definitely a good worker to keep around! I order a couple pair of sneakers like every month. Never had any issue with delivery they shipped my sneakers in 3 days I received them that’s great service.

I went to Hibbetts in Palmhurst, TX, and let me tell you, the vibes were really nice. The atmosphere was calm and chill, and the customer service was amazing. My boy Juan was very patient with me and did exactly what I asked. He was nice, respectful, and patient—he truly did his job well. He honestly deserves a raise; he’s a great person. If you’re looking to buy clothes, shoes, shirts—anything clothing-related—they’ve got it all here. I really liked it, especially since it was my first time going. I loved it. God bless.
