Ordered from the website, til this day I'm still waiting on my packages and this was almost 2 months ago...I will never order or recommend anyone to order from this crappy website Hibbets again....

I ordered a pair of shoes paid full price. When they arrived they were used and dirty on the bottom. When I contacted them they offered me 10% off my next purchase lol. What a joke place is wack! I'll never use them again!

I ordered these shoes first from a store and did pick up. I get to the store and the clerks are rude and tell me they have one size 6.5 and one size 7. They can’t help me cancel the order and oh well. I call customer service and they help me cancel the order and then he gives me a coupon code for 20% off. What can you do? A week later I ordered the shoes once again off of the actual website to be shipped out and they arrive looking worn and beat up! I am beyond upset after waiting so long to get these shoes. I think I’m going to switch to Nike.com. Hibbetts keeps messing up, and no one is taking accountability for it.

I just placed a $1,300 order for shoes and have received only 1 pair so far, that is defective. They are knockoffs. The glue is separating and there is a tiny gap forming around the toe. There is no direct email for customer service and I sat on the phone for 3 HOURS!! FOR NOTHING Can't reach anyone! This was my first and last purchase from this unprofessional company! There should be a class action lawsuit filed immediately!

I was allowed to order my sons graduation shoes on May 22,2021 order number 0017310851167. I went online to check order today May, 28th, 2021. To my disbelief they were cancelled.. I called customer service and spoke with someone about my disappointment and was not helped so I asked to speak to a Mgr.. He said he couldn’t do Anything to help me or did it seem he was willing. Daniel 72546.. I don’t think Hibbet cares that I was not the one who caused this error or that I don’t have another 133.99 to buy my son graduation shoes today! Or that it’s not my fault that I have to wait 5 to 7 days to get my monies back

I ordered a simple Nike wrist band($25 to be exact) 1 item and they sent me a empty f***** box and when I reported it they still have yet to contact me……worse company ever they f****** suck I DONT Recommend ANYONE to order from them they are garbage

Ordered 2 jerseys as a gift, I received an email saying that my order was shipped. Upon further review only one item shipped they canceled the other jersey. I called customer service to find out why and the rep say they didn't have it in stock but the more we talked he stated that they had 6 in stock. There was no reason to cancel my order if they have 6 in stock. NEVER SHOPPING NOR ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN

I got my package in a very good timely manner and the tracking system was great also, I love doing business with y’all and continue to in the future thank you 🙏🏾
