I ordered on line ship to store. My order was sent to the Valdosta Mall Hibett Store. When I arrived to pick up my order. The manager said he could not pull it up. He took me to the Sports Edition Store. The order was there, but the associate couldn't pull it up in the computer either to check it out as picked up. The manager at the Hibbett Store was not too concerned. He brushed me off and continued to wait on other customers. The manager from the Sports Edition called customer service after 45 minutes of waiting and this issue was completed. This is the worst customer service and transaction ever. I will never pick my order from a store. The managers need to learn better u

I wish I would’ve known about this before purchasing. I spent $200 on clothes on June 23, 2021. I received an email stating it was going to be delivered on June 29th. The items are still processing. I chatted with customer service twice and I get the same generic answer (It’s getting ready to ship and you’ll be notified via email when it does) this was my first time ordering from this company and I’m highly disappointed and will never buy anything online from them again. I’m about to contact customer service and pray I get my refund back. If not I’ll be contacting my attorney. Updated: No refund and I got another generic answer. I just filed a complaint with BBB in hopes something can be done. If not then I’ll contact my attorney to file a lawsuit. Second update: I tried to leave reviews on the items purchased about what happened and they declined my reviews because it was against their standards. Hibbett emailed me that they canceled my order on July 12th after receiving my complaint from the BBB. We still haven’t got our almost $200 back on our credit card. Hibbett states it can take up to 30 days to receive. Funny how they told me they couldn’t cancel my order but cancelled it after I made a complaint with the BBB.

If I could give this company a negative review I would. My package never arrived and when I tried to get a refund from customer service, they claimed I exceeded the 15 day window for claims and that they cannot refund my money. They are fraudulent and cannot be trusted.

THEY HAVE BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EVERY TIME YOU MAKE A ORDER IT'LL TAKE THE ORDER ACT LIKE IT'LL BE SHIPPED TO YOU JUST TO TELL YOU A COUPLE OF DAYS LATER IT'S OUTTA STOCK AND THAT'S WHEN THE FUN REALLY BEGIN!!!! CAUSE IT'S A LONG PROCESS TO GET YOUR REFUND AND MONEY BACK!!!! IT'S THE WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE I'VE HAD DEALING WITH A STORE AND THEY ONLINE CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM!!!! THE TIER 1 ASSOCIATES ARE RUDE AND THE SUPERVISORS ARE EVEN RUDER!!!! SO YOU SHE WHY YOU CAN'T GET ANYTHING FIXED!!!! THEY GIVE YOU COUPONS AND REWARDS AND YOU CAN'T USE THEM BOTH AT THE SAME TIME NO MATTER WHAT THEY TELL YOU!!!! SO IF YOU CAN SHOES CLOTHES OR FAN GEAR ANY WHERE PLEASE DO SO!!!! CAUSE HIBBETT SPORTS/ CITY GEAR IS THE WRONG PLACE TO DO SO!!!! FROM BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE CITY GEAR STORES TO THE BAD CUSTOMER FROM THE CUSTOMER SERVICE ONLINE!!!! THEY ARE THE WORST!!!!

I would give a negative 5 if possible, so it said I won the online raffle for the White oreo Jordan 4s and claim asap so I did and proceed my payment then also, but today I was told since I didn't answer my phone at 8 50am in the morning I lost my raffle spot. No where when I won did it say to expect a phone call to claim your raffle it said process payment and my shoes will be shipped on drop day. Worst experience ever for winning something and being excited to get let down maybe they should explain the rules better are honor what you win. Will never buy are shop there again.

Hibbett took my funds when they did not have the item in stock , when I called customer service a guy by the name Thomas Taylor was rude and unhelpful and hang up.

Hibbett never alerts you of your win of raffles and the disclaimer for reasons to enter more ways is not correct while when you place a product in your basket it times you out through a robot. False advertisement and tries to get you to make a different purchase.

This company was great until they merged with City Gear. Ever since then, it makes one bad decision after another.
