Hibbett SportsReviews of hibbett.com

So I ordered a Jordan 5 moonlight size 11.5 Which is the correct shoe, but some how they gave me a Jordan 9 racer blue box size 13! Also a printed barcode saying size 11.5 Jordan 5 was taped over the original Jordan 9 size 13 box!! What happened? Why didn’t I receive the original box!! These shoes are so hard to come by and I can’t even get the original box!

I will never buy from Hibbett again! Ordered my son a pair of shoes on the 19th of September. Was supposed to receive them on the 22nd. It is now October 4th an They have not gave me any information on when I am supposed to receive the shoes. I have called customer service 3 times and all they keep saying is they don't know when I will receive the shoes. This is by far the absolute worst place I have ever bought from.

I will never shop at Hibbets again. I placed an order today and unbeknownst to me my order was cancelled. A few hours later I placed the order again thinking that there may of been an error on my end, and it was cancelled again. Silly me placed a 3rd order, used a different debit card and that order was cancelled. I call customer service only to be told that I cannot place anymore orders because the system thinks I have the intent to sell. Wow, a $30 order for some cleats that my son is in need of and I have the intent to sell. This is disheartening and very disappointing because I order from Hibbets all the time. You all have just lost a valuable customer. I've never had this issue out of footlocker.

I ordered my son a pair of Jordans before reading the reviews and almost canceled my order. That would’ve been the biggest mistake ever. Everything went smooth and I will be ordering from them again. Keep sleeping and I’ll keep reaping the benefits.

Took way too long to ship, then refunded me but it didn’t go through. Not sure if I will receive my shoes

I've read several reviews and my experience has been complete opposite. I have been shopping online for the last couple years and I really like to shop and they have become my go to store. There is no Hibbett Sports in Michigan so I have to ship online and everything I order ships pretty quick and they're definitely beating there competitors prices. Plus they text me sometimes 2 times a week to give me $20 off $50 or 20% off my order, that's how they get me to keep shopping lol. But I just wanted to leave a good review to know they are not bad in my opinion.

This place always want you to raffle crap , but you will never win.. the employees are on top of all the new shoes and already have them sold.. when did shoes become a lack of need? Don’t waste your time this place is SCAM WITHIN THE FAMILY

If I could give this place a zero I would worst place I ordered from shipping take forever
