HORRIBLE!!!!! I ordered a product 7 DAYS ago, paid for express shipping and on the 7th day got an email informing me my order was canceled!! #LIVID. I called to find out why it was canceled and was told because they did not have the product in stock. Representative was beyond incompetent and didn’t have answers to any of my questions, kept me on hold for 30 min only to tell me that it would take 5-7 days in order to receive my refund. How do you take money from someone for a product you don’t even have & then hold the money hostage for 2 1/2 weeks! What a rip off! I feel robbed and I have a good feeling I’m going to have to continue to call for my refund

This company takes your money and doesn’t give you the product you ordered.. Lenora employee # 70488.. says that their 100% guaranteed “route” insurance is BS because they don’t cover when the shipper lies about attempting deliveries ( I have 64 cameras on my property) showing they never came… and that I have to contact them to figure it out…. Lol

I wanted the company to know that this young man Justin at the Conway Arkansas location (near Cracker Barrel) was an excellent associate. He helped me with every little question I ask and not just an answer he personally walked over and was showing me where to locate what I was looking for. That’s service! Thank you Justin and I hope you are acknowledged by your superiors.

Initiated a chat with customer service, Mojisha Lashai, very rude and abruptly ended the chat with me. Refunds take 18-22 business days and can take up to 30 days. They received my return on 10/13 and have yet to refund my return. Will never make the mistake of doing business with this shady outfit again!

This company doesn’t deserve the one star I gave them they are horrible my package did come on time but the box was damaged and the pants I ordered was dirty like they had been dragged across the floor customer service is a joke no need to even contact them trust me you want get anywhere just stay away from from these people at all cost they don’t do business the right way

saw a ball on sale, purchased it, apparently it wasn't priced correctly so they just didn't ship out. Terrible customer service, I will passing in future.

Horrible customer service. I placed an order for two headbands. The wrong items were shipped as the ones I ordered were supposed to be embroidered, so they submitted a warehouse check, and this was the message that I received. (We were able to reach out to our web content team and the vendor in regards to this merchandise, SKUs 31863558 and 28506301. The image and description shown for the product online are accurate. It appears that the incorrect merchandise sent in this order may have been the result of an incorrect item being picked at a store location fulfilling this order.” I was told to return them, which I did, and reorder, which I did. My new order came in, and again I have the wrong headbands? Rather than return again, and re-order again, I asked how can I make sure the correct headbands get sent? They reply that they're sorry but there is nothing they can do. The 1st mixup was frustrating but understandable. The 2nd was frustrating, mixed with their passiveness which made me furious.

My package was opened and disturb before even getting a chance to open it. This is crazy, there are were signs of wear because the paper was ripped from the box and the shoes were in scrambles. The shoes were, opened, taken out the box were warn before delivery. I proved pictures of what it looked like when I seen the box and open the shoes to reveal the damage! The shoes were damaged before arrival it’s not my fault, the the package was mess with before arrive!!!! And I can’t get my money back for worn shoes. Absolutely Horrible company!!!
