After trying to purchase 3 pairs of batting gloves on their site for 2 weeks I finally called customer service. They always said they were available but by the time I got to checkout they were no longer available. Speaking for over 30 minutes with customer service they finally stated they shouldn't be on the site and have been out for a long time and that it was their fault and the product would be removed. The rep said they would send me a coupon code for my troubles. 3 days later they are still advertised as available and on sale and no coupon code was ever sent. Again I reached out and they basically said tough crap. Pathetic service and business. Bait and switch and false advertising which appears to be intentional.

I wanted to give a shout-out to Juan at the Winslow, AZ store. He was very patient with my foreign exchange student while she decided on a pair of shoes. He went to the back multiple times and always with a positive attitude. Juan provided great customer service. Please let Juan know he did a great job taking care of us. Thanks again Juan! Pay yourself on the back for a job well done. :)

Hello who can help me with this I won a raffle today at a store here in birmingham but when i went to get my shoes they first said they didn’t get any raffles so i let them see my raffle then that said they can’t pull up the winners list so it’s nothing they can do so i call customer care and they went as far as to emailing them the winners list so i went back up their and they acted as if i wasn’t standing there at this point i was upset so i started to tell them that I don’t believe them and if their job is worth some jordan so be it. They Had the worst attitude probably because i call them out on it so after that they refuse to help me so i call customer care a 2nd time and this time they emailed the district manager about the issue and i still don’t have my shoes I don’t want to go social with this but I had to and I won’t stop until there is a entire new staff here are pictures of the unstable people that your company hired i’m now convinced that they sold my shoe to their friend instead of me and i won the raffle

Never again. My original shipment ended up lost. Got the replacement and the process was so easy. I missed the sign that it being so easy, something was bound to go wrong. I got the replacement pair of shoes today and they have been worn and there is dirt on the toe box of the shoe. I reached out and the only option given was for a refund. Even if I didn't want to re-purchase the same shoe, you would think they would rather me purchase something else than to except a refund. As a former retail manager I'm surprised. Once they gave me direction to return, I was in the middle of asking about the process and the chat was ended on me!

I placed a online order received partial order. And the Hoodie was filthy the arms was black dirty and stains in the front of a off white color. Thus is ridiculous to operate a business in this matter I needed my order by Saturday and it is Wednesday and I'm facing this crap. And the return sucks. Called customer service at 9:15pm and no one ever answered. What happened to 10pm.

You guys don’t have the Black Friday sales, so why even open. I feel the prices are way to extreme and lets me know you don’t care about customers with multiple children. These prices are for people who are single or customers with no children!

I'm not happy with you guys at all first it took for days for you guys to tell me that my package was delayed and second my shoes and my shoelaces are two different whites u guys need to do better

Warning: Be careful with Hibbett sports I am very disappointed in them. I ordered a pair of shoes for my wife and daughter. Today I found out the order was canceled (5 days later) & I am blocked from ordering because I may be a reseller/robot. No communication from Hibbett. I would not of found out if I had not called.
