If i could give no stars I WOULD!!! Dont ORDER FROM HIBBETTS ONLINE!!! My Christmas gift to my kid has been in “processing” for over a week with a delivery date of 12/16 which is today!! Hibbetts states that process status only takes 24-48h and then its updated…well thats a lie. I reached out 2 times to customer service and was only told that my package is still in “processing “ which i already knew! I emailed and still nothing! I am beyond furious, hell i even order 2 pairs of AF1 from nike the same day i ordered from this POS store Hibbetts and I received my package from Nike 3days ago!!! That should really tell you something! I go to the actual store every school year for my kids but THAT STOPS NOW BC OF THIS HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, i will let everyone i know about this as well so they dont fall victim to this. I read all the reviews and its seems im 1 of thousands who have this issue as well smh. Yeah Nike will have my business from now on!

I have purchased a few pairs of shoes, they advertise rewards and even sent via email after spending close to $500. After attempting to redeem the rewards they cancelled my order and said I'm not eligible for a refund of the rewards. I was ordering as a Christmas gift and they cancelled with suspicion of resell.

Do not waste your time ordering online. They will charge your card, send you a confirmation and then 5 hours later cancel your order. Don't get fooled bc your first order went through, give it time you will see. Their customer service number is a non working number, so you will not find help there, and inside the store is just the same. They do not open on time at all.

This has been going on for so long. The store employees are charging $50-$150 extra for popular shoes. This is a robbery and I know that the managers are aware of what is taking place, however, the managers are in on the robbery. I understand that everyone has to make a living, but if Hibbets is not paying you enough, go get a better job because I am sure you all are not reporting your extra income to the IRS. Hibbett needs to pull the camera and look at how customers are giving employees extra money before they ring up the shoes. This isn't anything that someone has told me, I have witnessed it on several occasions. I have never paid extra for a shoe and frankly, I will never. I am sure nothing will be done, but others need to know it's not them not winning their raffles it the employees with their undermined activities.

I ordered a pair of Jordan's for my son. The free shipping was awesome! The 2 day shipping was not an issue for me at all anyway. But, they were running a little late and I have never had a company communicate so well with me about my order. I have done a lot of ordering this year and had several bad experiences. This was by far the BEST! Thank you Hibbet my favorite athlete will always be a customer.

Great shipping and return policy

Awful, mi order has not shipped, they cant tell me where it is or when it will arrive, they wont refund me or cancel the order and they blocked me from their site, a couole of days ago the shoes where shipped, still exoeriexe was not good.

Horrible experience. Poor customer service and no response for days.
