Hibbett sports delivered the wrong shoes to me, I ordered a pair of air max 97 for my daughter and instead they delivered a pair of Timberland Boots. I was instructed that I would not be getting my order because now they were out of stock, I was also told I could not get a refund unless I went to work for them to make sure that they got their shoes back. I had to print out a label, repackage the shoes, and they deliver them to a shipping store to send them back, and then when they got them back they would issue a refund. They were going to hold my money so I could not go to another store and purchase a gift for my daughter and I needed to spend my time and gas money to fix their mistake. All they told me that they could do was issue a code for a 30% discount, like I would order from them again?????

I walked in to the store on Winchester and Hickory Hill Rd about 11:30 a.m.,in Memphis Tennessee, and I was about to buy some shoes when I noticed no one asked if they could help you. There was a little fake security guard at the door with a frown on his face. The experience was so disrespectful that I decided not to buy anything and left the store. I do not plan on shopping here ever. People need to learn proper behavior when dealing with customers. I do not shop where I am not respected.

I ordered baseball shoes and on a Thursday and paid $32.99 for overnight shipping expecting them on Saturday. I spoke to someone immediately after ordering to make sure they would be able to process the order. They told me if it did not get there in time to call back and get a refund on the shipping or some other accommodation. They didn't ship the order on Friday and just made the label. I called back and they said sorry we cannot help you. I own a website that ships goods and go through this all the time but we make sure our overnights make it on the truck. I have personally drove overnights to the station to make sure my customers are happy. This is why independent retailers are losing business to amazon and other large online retailers. I would have canceled my order if they said it would not ship Friday.

Follow up. After cancelling my order and refunding my money out of nowhere they shipped the shoes I ordered and took the money back out of my account. I received the shoes and they were the right size and everything but they really need to work out a lot of kinks with their online business.

I will never order a pair of shoes from here again. The shoes didn't match the picture, it took months for an agent to send me my return label and over a month to get my return processed. Terrible experience. Just buy directly from the brand.

Hey guys I ordered a pair of Chuck Taylors platforms the new joints on sep 1'st,. It's now sep 12th an still no shoes. There was no need to try and be one of the first to rock them.I may never order from them again.

First and last time i order from Hibbett. Ordered my son the AJ1 for the beginning of school and the order never arrived. It was in process the whole time, the status never changed. Spoke to two different agent's and the last one couldn't give me a date on when it will arrive. Left me with no choice but to cancel the order and go buy it at another store.

I absolutely hate ordering online from Hibbett and will no longer order online. I’ve placed several orders and always have two issues: it will say things are in stock but when you check out, it’s not (this happens offen) AND they always ship your order in multiple packages from different stores, which is annoying to receive six packages at different times but not a deal breaker. The last straw was when the last two orders I placed were immediately cancelled. I called customer service after the first one was cancelled, they apologized and gave me a coupon. I called again after it happened a second time and the rep said I was flagged as a re-seller and couldn’t place any online orders. Mind you, the order was for ONE JACKET. How one jacket makes them think I am a reseller is insane. The rep couldn’t give me any answers. My next concern was that I never received a refund of the gift card I used on that order that was cancelled. The rep told me to wait three more days for the refund email. Again, this doesn’t make sense so I asked for a supervisor who said the rep was mistaken and said she would gave me the information for my Hibbett gift card. Then she hung up on me!! I called back and eventually got the information, but this is just not worth the headache (after 40 minutes on the phone). I will NEVER order from Hibbett online again. I like their stores but the online process and customer service is horrible.
