Hibbett SportsReviews of hibbett.com

This is the worst company ever they practically scammers. DO NOT SHOP FROM THERE OR EVEN ONLINE. Don’t waste your time. You be lucky if you get your order after 25 days. I have never experienced something this bad for an online order

This was my first time ordering from this business - I was weary as I live on the west coast and have never heard of the company. My order arrived in perfect condition in 4 business days. Super satisfied! Will be a return customer

My son ordered from there with his cashapp card. They charged his card as usual. A week or so later they cancelled the order and returned the money to his card. He ordered from somewhere else in the meantime. About a week later, they charged his card and sent underwear that would fit a toddler. His card is now in the negative and the sales associate via chat is saying that this isn't possible. Well, it is possible because it happened. Spend so much there because my son plays 4 sports but will not again.

I ordered a pair of $120 volleyball shoes and they have been sitting in their second location in 14 days. I've filed 2 cases with the USPS in an attempt to get them moving but Hibbett will not do anything. I have tried the store and online. The USPS automatically scans them every so many days not because they are moving but because they are sitting but Hibbett doesn't understand that. I offered to send them a note from my local postmaster but nope didn't help. The season will be over before I get these shoes!!!!!!!!

When I placed my order it said I could pick up my item in 3-7 days, it's been 10 days and there is no order update or tracking information. It's as if my order is just in limbo. If I get my item I will not order anything else. Customer service doesn't have any information or update.

Terrible. I order a pair of shoes. I put in the correct address. They shipped the shoes to the wrong address and tried to blame me. I even have an email showing the correct address and then an email when it was shipped with the wrong address. Customer service hung up on me. They tried to tell me that the shoes had traveled across country in 3 hours and had already been returned. I had already called the post office where the shoes were and had them stop the package. They lied to me and told me I couldn't have the shoes reshipped to the correct address. Then just hung up.

I have ordered 2 pairs of air jordans online. They arrived with zero issues. Maybe my experience is better because I have a store in my city so shipping is faster but im satisfied!

I have given hibbett several chances with online shopping every single order it is always something the product is great never a disappointment there but their shipping sucks. It takes over 3 weeks to receive your order.
