Love, Love, Love. I have had my CCP for 25 years but there are many places I would not carry (but felt I should). Took my Aiiro to a concert and felt better knowing I has something to defend myself as I walked to car after the show.

I ask to see about shipping my order sooner so we could have the gun before her road trip where she would be driving alone and no one ever got back to me. Even if you cant ship sooner I deserved a return call or message. The gun arrived 1 day after my wife left for her trip. Poor customer service. I did leave a message.!

Violet with HERO caught an error in my order...I ordered trainers for an AIIRO and not for the HERO Core. She called me directly and changed that to the HERO trainers. Not many companies, if not any, would have done that. THANK YOU!!! Also, the HERO instructions are easy to follow and understand, as well as the videos!! Again THANK YOU!! I still need to start training, but I am not so hesitant to do so. THANK YOU!
