Fast shipment. Great product.

Had issues with my 2020 firing and was returned and credited to my account . great customer service and problem solved .. thank you and I will be making more purchases in the future .

The person was so helpful. I told them it was broke. They sent a new one right out. And sent me the stuff too send the broken back

I bought this as a gift for my son and he really likes it!! He feels more protected with it & also loves the gun case where he can keep it locked up. Thanks , Ronald

Only have two active rounds. How do I get more?

i am 86 yr, old and i feel more safe with this HERO 2020. In this world today is crazy .

I just got mine in the mail. Looks great.. seems like good quality. My only issue with it is on the unit itself. I feel like they should do better with the handle so you are able to grip it better. It should have an extended butt for you pinky and your ring finger and the beginning of your thumb/palm area. The holster is really nice and all. however, because of the initial problem I mentioned. There is no handle sticking out of the holster to grip on because it sits completely flush in there which makes a quick draw impossible. So I will being going to my local gun store so see if I can find a holster I can make work. The holster is better to just store it somewhere safe. But not to EDC. And last thing... I wish the projectiles shot at a higher rate of speed. The "high speed projectile" warning on the unit is definitely hyperbole. That being said.. I have not shot the real balls. just the training ones, so I'm not sure of the real ones shoot harder.

No problems with item and delivery. THANKS
