Hi Gary, apologies for any misunderstandings. Our products are built to be extremely user friendly. Part of this design includes pre-built cartridges you can swap out with the press of lever. While these cartridges are not re-loadable, they are very simple to use for people of all skill levels. No loose rounds, gas canisters, or tools. Thanks so much for your feedback. We are working on another holster design and hope to announce it soon, stay tuned! Also, in case you haven't seen it yet, be sure to check the user guide for proper grip technique as it does differ from a traditional firearm. Regarding projectile speed, we use specialized materials and molds so our rounds break easier than traditional hard plastic projectiles, ensuring every ball bursts reliably on impact. This is why we can offer a lower rate of fire which is less likely to injure someone. You can rest assured this is an intentional design and makes our products more reliable than other brands!
