I have the Hero 2020 with the Blunt Force cartridges. This was when Hero Defense Systems remembered states that have restrictions on possessing pepper / pava balls. Hero Defense Systems has forgotten these states and abandoned providing the Blunt Force cartridges. With this problem I, and a lot of people have abandoned carrying the Hero 2020, since the Blunt Force cartridges aren't available. I now carry a Byrna or Grimberg Pepperball launcher.

Thanks so much for taking the time to share your thoughts with us. We've paused our BluntForce cartridge while we work on improvements to the product. Rest assured we have not forgotten our HERO 2020 customers in states where projectiles are prohibited. We are also working on some new and exciting HERO 2020 cartridge options for these states. Stay tuned, we'll be reaching out to all our customer with updates on these products as they become available.

The cartridges aren't loaded per my request and the holster is right handed, not the left I requested.
